I don’t know why I bite

BadgerHeart had a kind heart, he just struggled to show it. After his mate wouldn’t let him see his kits he became more aggressive. He didn’t mean to snarl at her, he doesn’t know why he bites.

I’ve dealt with PTSD and the symptoms are extremely close to BPD. Sometimes my emotions become too much and I become someone I’m not to protect myself from a threat I no longer face. But my mind remains hurt and on guard as a means of protecting myself. It’s truly a curse to the ones we love

I have a sister with bpd and ptsd. And at first I had no clue why my big sister would do a mental 180 and be so mean to me. As time went on I learned about my sister, why and how she does things and comes to conclusions. Shes gotten more control and more understanding about herself as well. We both know when she's just having an episode and when she's being genuine now, and I couldn't have asked for a better sibling. Stay strong and keep improving. There's always going to be someone exited to see you improve.
