    Pressure can be increased by add more gas or increase temperature, Does paschen law apply either way?

      To my knowledge, Paschen did not change the temperature. He regulated the pressure by the amount of gas.
      Please note, the video is an oversimplification of what Paschen did. One can easily fill 45 min to 60 min, talking about the Paschen law only. From this very interesting and topic I extracted only the small part, that might be usefull for understanding Partial Discharges.

      Hi, I know this is an old comment but I'm actually studying how low temperature/pressure affects partial discharge inside high voltage cable insulation. Paschen's law still applies in terms of air pressure, but in AC cables at low temperatures something really interesting happens - partial discharges occur at similar inception voltages, but the discharges have much higher energy. I haven't experimented with cables at high temperature, but the effect may be similar - higher temperature -> higher energy partial discharge events.
