I’m not 100% on this but I think they were left in too long overall. Also if cooking at 10 or 11 lb psi you have to quickly adjust to keep it closer to that without going lower.
Seems like the weight wasn’t acting properly. If I remember right it should be rocking back and forth. I would read the instruction manual on the weight action and when the cooking time is up how to safely remove them.
You’re so close! Hope this helps 👍👍

Oh ! Thank you so much for the information! I really can’t wait to try it again now. Maybe you should start posting on RUclips also. That’s also new to me and having fun with it. I’m to shy to actually film myself. lol maybe in the future you’ll see more of me. It’s weird, feels like I’m talking to myself when filming. Something to get use too. lol but, I give those RUclipsrs a lot of credit for what they do and share with us.
Thanks for your support! Makes me feel good inside that someone is actually watching me.

If everything we attempted to do came out perfectly the first time we'd have nothing to strive for. I hope you keep a journal with pictures and notes of each attempt and the results. That would be invaluable to you as your adventure continues.
You do need to read the instruction book for your canner and locate your altitude ( google your address and put altitude for in search bar) that is super important information for success. The next item would be to research ( google) the USDA guidelines for canning black beans and follow exactly
Step by step . That would guarantee your success and safety. Enjoy your new adventure!! Blessings
