Awesome video. Really enjoyed it. We Scots are bad for salt though. I personally don't add it to any cooking as it does cause excessive stomach problems. Especially where a stock cube is used as it is very salty. Add on the plate not in the pot. It's safer. Having said that, that dish looked extremely appetizing and I'm keen to give it a go. Stay safe out there. Keep posting smashing content. 😄😄
