Brief instructions :D
Download 3 files:
-bodymovin-extension-master .zip
-the ZXP Installer
-bodymovin-tg.zxp
Open ZXP Installer and choose bodymovin-tg.zxp
Open After Effects.
Windows: Go to Edit > Preferences > Scripting & Expressions > and check "Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network"
Mac: Go to Adobe After Effects > Preferences > Scripting & Expressions > and check "Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network"
Open tab “Composition settings” and set the following options:
width: 512 px
height: 512 px
frame rate: 30 or 60
max duration: 3 sec
Make a simple animation :D
Open tab “Windows” -> extensions -> BodyMoving for telegram stickers
choose composition (your simple animation)
choose path to save
click render
Open Telegram
Find Stickers in a search field and click on it
Use following commands:
/newanimated
write name of your sticker pack.
For e.g. Payday
choose our animated sticker
choose smile that corresponds to it
/publish

Does it say "render fail can only export 30 fps 60 fps" or something like that? If so, make sure the composition frame rate is at 30 . I had this issue and my fps was 29.97 and it fixed the issue. Let me know if this helps!
