Today we started our journey on unlocking all The Achievements / Platinum Trophy on the Resident Evil games.
Today it is Resident Evil 3 which has 32 Achievements.
This video documents the journey of unlocking them all, enjoy!

I dont know what I preferred more, seeing that grenade during the holdout sequence or the mad dash to grab the controller at the end 😂

I honestly loved this one. Not much content in it but what was here was great. Also me and Jill are in a committed relationship
Yeah I agree, I loved what was there. There just was not enough. I honestly thought by the time I picked up this game there would be so much content. This game easily could of been a 10/10 and better than RE2 in my opinion. RE3 OG was my favourite!

Actual fact i hated this final boss on inferno.
Mostly because if you try to beat it the normal way you are going to be miserable.
Yeah, this boss was definitely the least enjoyable of them all I've faced so far, that's for sure 😅
Yeah, Inferno Final Nemesis is absolutely bullshit, what makes it worse is that when I first did it I panicked at the end and missed Nicolai, and then had to fight Nemesis AGAIN... I still had like 20 minutes though, so it was fine.
Honestly took me like 40 goes until I just hit the god like RNG dodges 🤣
That was the part I was worried about most !!! Messing up after actually doing the fight.
I'd of cried if I didn't do it in time.

No matter what difficulty I will never hate a person for using a unlimited rocket launcher it's the greatest video gaming joy!

inferno genuinely made me crack at the final boss, the rest were enoyable
I got to that point where it was breaking me but then I finally hit that lucky run haha.
If I didn't have people in the stream backing me I'd of binned that achievement off for a month or 2 at least haha
Your achievement playthroughs are very enjoyable and I really like that we’ll get to see every game in the series. The time and effort you put in these videos shows.
I honestly liked this game, haven’t played the original but it was a game that kept me immersed. I went for the Platinum with no shops items which means I played in Inferno without the upgrades and it was a challenge but it gives the game the terror you need to feel.

The OG was amazing and is my favourite overall. RE2 OG/remake just behind it.

Another great video with great music. I have the Platinum for this and 90% of the playthrough was spent trying to beat Blob Nemmy on Inferno. My wife and kids were watching and hoping it would finally happen lol. Congrats on another RE completed friendo!

Haven’t watched it yet but just throwing it out there that the developers many of whom worked on the original Nemesis (including the guy who made his directorial debut with this game) wanted it to be more streamlined and cut off the fat of the original keeping the important parts of Brad dying, Jill infected and the city being destroyed (saving some bits for DLC that because people complained about the game too much never got made specifically dlc for Marvin, Tyrell, Nikolai at the clocktower and Carlos after the siege where he picks up another hip pouch) and last time i looked on the speed run database the fastest time completing this game is a few minutes off for the originals fastest time which is always interesting for me to see
Yeah i would love it if they added some content. Clocktower, Jill going to the RPD, some more carlos sections or even just some ghost survivors :(

That was the most RE3 content I have even consumed in one go. Never gotten into RE3, maybe because I started with the PC version back in the day and got stuck early. But the remake seems not too bad
But why play a game with Jill when there are games with Claire and Ada out there!

Re3 nemesis is my favorite re game and re3r is the first game I got when I built my pc. I got it for free with my gpu. Just wish this game didn't take out so much from the og.

Yeah there were so many awesome parts in RE3 nemesis that I was surprised wasn't in there. Seeing Brad die straight away, I knew it was going to be short 😔

Been waiting for this one! I honestly didn't like this game too much (felt like a downgrade from RE3 OG), but still had fun playing it.
Thanks brother, hope you enjoy. I liked the game play and mechanics, but there is so much missing it feels. I definitely preferred RE3 OG , that was my favourite. It just needed to be more open and have lot more to do. I knew it was gonna be a real short one when Brad dief instantly 😂

There's lots to like in the remake, especially in terms of character, tone and world design, but there's just not enough of it.
There should be more scenes of the city in chaos, for example. It needed a few more months in development.
Yeah I agree. It had so much potential. It could of been the best RE game so far in my opinion had they just spent a few more months on it like you said 😓

yeah this Resident Evil was probably the easiest and least time consuming. Apart from Reverse which I dont really count.
RE3 was a great game but just severely lacked content :(
It wouldn't be that bad if they didn't cut like..half of what was in the original game, I liked the new nemesis boss fights but I would've preferred if we could've chosen to go either the original game°s route or the one we have right now. Woudlve made the game a (tiny) bit more replayable I think
This game was so easy to getting all the achievements I 100% the game within 24 hours of getting it u just get enough points to unlock the rocket launcher and the rest of the achievements fall like domino's
Yeah it was definitely a lot easier compared to the other ones! infinite rocket launchers always make games a whole load easier! thanks for watching

Yeah it is good for that. alot of the other RE games i completed my first playthrough and only had like 7-8 achievements haha
This was the first game I got all the achievements for because of lockdown 😂 I have 100% it three times (XBox 1, PS4 and autopop for PS5) 😂

@@houseofsten it found the RE3make one pretty easy. Only one I had an issue with was the inferno trophy and it was the final nemisis fight I struggled the most.
And as for other, no. Was super close to the RE8 100% (97% left. Only one trophy before the platinum) then I upgraded from the PS4 version to the PS5 and lost all my progress 😢😂
What would completing Inferno with an S rank, without an unlimited rocket launcher be like?
It would definitely be harder but it's not impossible. You still get the unlimited Assault rifle from what I understand. It will just take you longer to clear things up and dealing with lickers, hunters and bosses will be harder. You definitely need the defence coin and dodge manual though or else it will be extremely miserable dying off 1 hit and having to time every dodge perfectly

This Jill is a bitch, plain and simple. Original Jill is a badass, sure, but she's also kind and compassionate. It's a problem with modern REmakes, they make the characters worse in some or all ways (yes, even RE4make)

Typically I'm with you with what you said but i quite like it in this scenario. Seeing the pills and junk food mixed with the nightmares she's having makes it seem like she's really struggling and at her wits end after the whole spencer mansion incident. It's like she's angry and got alot of resentment too. Gives Max Payne vibes.
I haven't played any other RE games with her in apart from RE5 so not really sure how much she changed on the others 🤔

You should try the og RE3, or at least watch a playthrough or two, since there are different choices you make in the game that affect it, by either literally picking an option or by your actions

@@steelbear2063 narcolepsy makes me fall asleep often, or i just lose time (goldfish brain). most games I have to play in small sessions so that I dont end up forgetting blocks of time., or passing out Too much of a lul in anything and my mind just floats away >. This Nikolai is also Astarion in BG3- I love the actor (...and the model)

It’s fast paced, there’s no filler, no big puzzles, not much backtracking.. narcolepsy isn’t just ‘sleeping a lot’ it’s also like being exhausted 24/7, so bad memory, short attention span, prone to zoning out, forgetful- none of that matters in a game this dense. I can’t really break it down but if you’re curious, look into narcolepsy/chronic fatigue syndrome- it’s interesting, just don’t ever catch it! (I’m kidding, you can’t just catch it like the T virus)
I loved the original re3. This was good but I agree that they missed the ball with the remake and made it way too short. I platted this game and the last boss on inferno was hell lol.
The last boss was a nightmare :( glad you managed to beat it though!

Oh dear. Surely you can work out that "replayability" is what makes you want to come back and play the game again or if you can do things differently. Just because the Achievements force you to have to play the exact same game 3 times in a row (would of been 5 had I not used a token) doe not mean it has much replayability.
It is the exact same game, over and over with no choices, no different scenarios and is far too linear.

I still think the playstation trophys are more beatiful that Xbox achievements bc they are just screenshot while playstations create medals like ornoments
I don't really mind if its trophies or achievements but I like the animation and the noise of the achievement unlocking. The trophies one just makes me think it's a work notification 🤣 but either way, we all go through the pain and suffering together ! 🤝
I turned that shit off and deleted the screenshots my ps4 already made, I don't see what's so beautiful about wasting space with useless things.

Overall, my issue with RE 3 Remake is that it seems rushed to capitalize on a certain event that was going on when it was released. They should have taken more time to include more content.
Also, their design choices with Nemesis just weren't it. It feels like a dollar store dead space necromorph.

Yeah, it seemed like they just rushed it and pushed it out. Was thinking after all these years I'd have lots of content to enjoy on there, but there's not a single extra game mode or dlc. Odd considering that even the OG had extra game modes and seemed much bigger and more open.
Luckily, I haven't come across dead space necromorphs yet, but Nemesis did seem pretty boring. All he had was the stun lock going for.
RPG and flamethrowers were wasted on him 🤣

Achievements aren't going and they are actually getting updated/changed soon so I am excited but I plan on doing trophies on the playstation too one day
