- Hi friends 🌹🌹🌹 Today I will be showing you my hand maintenance & natural nailcare routine. I get questions about my hands and nails frequently so I am pleased to show you the steps that I take to keep my hands clean, healthy, and in good condition. I use this routine multiple times per week and always before filming ASMR videos. I hope you find this video relaxing and informative. Apologies for the cuts & time lapses in this video, there are many background noises in the afternoon in my neighborhood. I hope you allow them to aid in your relaxation.

Who else loves hands & hand movements? I think hands are truly amazing as they allow us to learn and do so much. I spend a lot of time keeping my hands very clean & well-maintained. It is a nice ritual for me and this is the routine I use to keep them in good health. ❤️❤️

I recently made the change from acrylics to natural nails and it honestly is very hard to maintain. I am heavy handed and always end up breaking or snagging my nail. I generally do clear coats and hardener because my nails are SO flimsy from acrylics. Whenever I feel weak and thinking about acrylics again I go to your insta and dream of healthy nails like yours 🙂
Honestly as someone who has bitten their nails their entire life and is trying to stop, I found this both educational and relaxing. I know almost nothing about caring for my nails 😐

Julia, this video has had such a big impact on my life. I’ve never had nice natural nails because I bit them when I was young and transitioned into picking at them when I grew up. I finally learned that this was an expression of anxiety and self harm for me, and wanted to make a change. I follow along to this video twice a week for motivation and inspiration, and I’ve grown nails I love and am proud to care for for the first time in my life. Being able to break this one small area in my life and consistently choose to take care of myself and to see the results has given me so much confidence to change other habits in my life as well. It sounds dramatic, but this little ritual has truly been life changing for me and I’m so grateful for this video, you, and your gift through ASMR.
Your wellness/beauty videos, whether they are ASMR or vlog style, are so endlessly helpful for me in my every day life, as I’m sure is the case for many others. Thank you for this! I bite my nails all the time because of anxiety (mainly during social situations) and quarantine really is helping me get out of the habit. My nails are thin but now they’re longer than they’ve ever been without acrylics or add ons! I want to be able to have strong, healthy, natural nails so this was super informative and relaxing! ❤️

I’ve been having panic attacks daily and idk if you intended on this but I appreciated the fact that you went through some senses to ground yourself and in turn ground us. Smell, touch, taste and we can see it all. It helped to slow my thoughts down. I’m 8 months pregnant and it helped my body cope with the heartburn I’ve been feeling. Anyway, thank you blitz

Humans amaze me. Like the fact that we are sentient and intelligent is so crazy to me there are so many nuances to life that it’s hard to take a step back and look at the big picture. Appreciating your body and your mind is so different for each person it amazes me that we are all so different and yet the same. I’m glad you take the time to express appreciation and gratitude for your hands. It’s nice.
Your life seems to be very balanced and I enjoy how calm it is in your videos. Sometimes when my life is chaotic it helps to try and find balance, and that would be difficult without these videos. So thank you! And I hope you are able to maintain this calm and joyful path you seem to be going down

I love and use Orly💅 nail products!!! I especially love the French manicure nail colors they make. They are so sheer and pretty and looks like an instant French manicure without doing white tips!!! Even their "Nailtrition" growth treatment looks lovely on its own. I always get compliments when I wear them....it's so quick, easy, and fast drying. Just paint on a coat or two and go!!!
