Even though they have good products but there is 0 customer care. If u are required to return or exchange your product trust me you will be left with no option. No support over call, email or WhatsApp. Your followers will follow you and they might end up getting stuck with this brand.
Totally agreed. Manmeet I'm a loyal follower of you and long back you showed an ombre pink coord set from Uptownie. It looked good in video and I ordered the same for me. However I didn't like it much when it arrived. I couldn't find return option on website so I approached their customer care with all ways possible. Customer care phone number, emails, Instagram dms, Instagram comments. They totally ghosted me. Then finally when i found the return option myself hidden in the website footer, the status showed that return is not possible as the item is not delivered to me yet. However it was weeks since it got delivered. Still their customer care is totally non approachable and im stuck with clothes that I don't like. This is total wastage. Anyways after that i decided that from now on ill only order from reputed multi brand platforms like Myntra, Nykaa fashion etc and not from these scammy websites. Literally scammy is the word for describing them. Sorry for the long rant on your video. I really love you. But today when i saw this Uptownie again, i couldn't stop myself from commenting.
She had herself mentioned about how disappointed she is with this brand..if you check the previous uptownie haul. I had the same pathetic experience with this brand.i received my delivery after one month.they refused to even refund my money.
I love that you keep bringing small brands to our connections. It helps the brand and me think of something new, a new pattern. New structure to the body. The challenge when dressing up. I like this. Thanks. Absolutely more work. But still good work.

I brought those printed shirts from them but I ordered the wrong size. It took them 1month to exchange the product and I Can't even explain how many times I contacted them to start the exchange process. Definitely they have top-notch quality products but the exchange and return process is a hassle.
That's terrible. 1 month is a long time for exchnage. Every brand has different sizes n different for different style.. It takes sometime to know what size will fit a brand.

Their product quality is great and unique than any other websites. It's just that the exchange and return process is very complicated. They won't give you a reply on their website but if you contacted them through their Instagram account then only they are going to reply to you and are going to acknowledge whatever issue you are facing.

The quality of their products are subpar but the biggest drawback is their customer support is horrible. I ordered an oversized shirt to be worn during my pregnancy and it received it after I had already delivered the baby 😂

You know, I understand where you are coming from. The last time I posted a haul from this brand I received similar comments and I took this up with the brand. I have a lot of pieces from their collection and have never faced an issue but now I think it coz I am a content creator. A lot of you have highlighted this and not once but twice now. I can't take this video down but I can always share this feedback with the brand and find out why this is happening. I personally love the brand and find their pieces to be of good quality at least the ones I have. But rest assured, I will get to the bottom of it and find a solution for sure. Thanks.
I purchased from uptownie after your recommendation, the cloth quality is pathetic they call linen but its polyester mix and are charging for linen articles. Waste brand dont purchase.
