yeah basically how mutations work is you have to roll the basic aura first, and then it has a chance to mutate which is NOT affected by luck boosts. for example you roll exotic and it has a 1 in 50 chance to mutate into apex, i believe same goes for stormal except its 1 in a 150 chance, and you cant roll stormal with a h2
