I do like the challenge of trying to make a customer's ugly modifications into something nice looking, but sometimes there's no improvement for a terrible vehicle
The mamba ain’t that ugly but only way for it to be ugly is for the player to make it that way same with a lot of cars on the list but some are very true lol
As someone who is into the GTA car community, I think that every vehicle can be made nice. I have seen every vehicle on this list in car meets wich were made really nice, some of them even win meets. (P.S. Great video, keep up the good work man ❤)
As someone who personally owns a VW Bug irl, I am extremely offended that people find the Weevil Custom and the original Weevil ugly. I can kind of understand the custom, but not the default Weevil. Its like you said, rat rods are definitely an acquired taste. The OG Bug though? Not so much. Idk I may just be biased due to growing up driving one. Edit: The amount of terrible opinions in this video make me sad :(
The radius is not forgotten and keeps getting the hate it deserves because it is awfully common in online. Online car spawn sets are pretty broken, and this makes it even more hateful if you are actively trying to avoid it when you need a car off the street, but it is the only thing that spawns.
The Deveste Eight is actually based closely on the Devel Sixteen, and Rockstar did a good job of replicating it. Unlike the Deveste, the Vapid Hotknife looks nothing like any Ford Coupe from the 30s & 40s. The Vapid Hustler does a much better job at demonstrating the Ford cars of that era. If you really hate the looks of the Deveste, at least its performance is much greater than its looks.
Fun fact: when i played gta online with my friend who was playing for the first time, i went to show him the casino wheel, and when he used it, he won the podium car. A mamba. I did a few heist with him, and he bought a zentorno. 2023, btw.
The donk was one of my favorite customization I've done. I made a Lean-Sprunk theme on mine(probably showing my age saying that)...before I tucked it away in a garage and completely forgot about it. 😬
I never cared for the Donk version of the Faction, but I do love the Faction Custom, and I just wish it had similar performance stats to the real version (Buick Grand National Regal). It would have been one of the fastest muscle cars in the game, able to beat most Lambos and Ferraris in a straight line race. It's a shame it's so underpowered and under utilized for being one of the most well-known monsters muscle cars of the 80's, came stock with twin turbos.
People who hate x car won't even try to make it look good, like.. duh if you put all last tuning options it will look like shit, i almost always can change someones mind about a car by showing them a picture of one that is actually very well customized with a custom crew/modded color. Just the color alone can make or break a car, even i changed my opinion on some cars i thought were ugly but spent time with them trying to find a color that just somehow pops, and my own community seems to (mostly) agree. Don't hate the car, Hate the tuner.
Personally I think the Streiter and Verlierer are decent looking, not the best looking cars of course, but the Streiter is somewhat unique as it's a Mercedes Benz SUV but in the Sports Car Class AND has Off-Road characteristics (excellent off-road traction and shock absorbers). As for the Verlierer (VTR Sagaris), it has a great sounding engine, decent speed and handling, but it do be looking like a thumb.
Sometimes a car looks better when you don't add some goofy ahh looking hood scoops or bumpers or oversized spoilers, or god forbid, tire text on cars that don't even make sense to have em in the first place. Also, the way you customize your cars can also have an impact, in your case pretty much every build in this video looks horrendous, so that is quite literally on you, mate. A lot of these cars look good when don't put unnecessary amounts of ugly customization options.

You likely confirm their biased view on those cars, while the regular people, who may actually like those cars get angry with you, because of those atrocities and war crimes you've just made happen. And the reason being is that not only did you include the Mamba in this video but you ranked it as #1 ugliest car in GTA. For shame. As it is based on the classic & very iconic 1966/67 Shelby Cobra 427 roadster. Quite possibly the most iconic "sports/muscle" car of the mid to late 60's. The car I think is the ugliest is the Vapid Radius. This being because every NPC that I see in one of them decides to pull out in front of me, slowly cross intersections, and in head on they will turn the car into my lane just to get hit it's like they are looking for death. and I'm going to be truthful and say that I hope it does not show up in GTA 6.
Deveste Eight actually has the exaust modelled after the car whose name is parodied, Devel Sixteen. What I don't like about it is that the liveries that are good all have racecar number decals pop somwhere on them, meaning you can have a similarity with someone else's car xd

The shorty slam truck is cool when you realise what it’s based off, it’s based of a hot roded Ford dump truck built by the show roadkill, it had a rear mounted big block Chevy V8 with a supercharger bolted on top, it’s a wheelie machine and it’s absolutely amazing.
I have only purchased the Benefactor Bruiser, Weeny Issi, Declasse Brutus, HVY Scarab, Declasse Impaler, Vapid Dominator, and Bravado Sasquatch vehicles from Arena War. My selection criteria were solely based on their impressive ramming capabilities or appealing aesthetics. I recently divested my MTL Cerberus due to its lack of satisfactory ramming power and slow speed, despite its flamethrower feature.
I think the Apocalypse Scarb is great looking since it's literally based on the Ripsaw tank in real life, just revert the bumper to stock, remove the weapons

The Taipan is the single worst car in GTA V to me. It's slow, fat, and looks absolutely nothing like the Venom F5. The Grotti Turismo R looks more like the F5 than the Taipan does.
The Stratum, Cheetah, Habanero and Zentorno did not belong on this list at all. All are quite unique designs that flow well with good proportions. GTA Online is filled with poorly proportioned, poorly modelled and poorly textured cars, that are so bad their mere presence is insulting.
