i am a rahu in ardra in pushkara navamsa with my lagna as well in ardra and i am feeling the best i have ever felt. the reason being i have maintained extreme devotion to god which overpowers me anytime i have a strong desire . i always meditate and control my breathing whenever i feel im becoming compulsive and soon i realized that everything passes whether its happiness or discomfort . so just give time when u are feeling compulsive and not in control . practise intense discipline and soon u will be able to reign in the unruly horse that is ur mind and be able to command and ride it in whichever way u want. all u need is vairagya (disattachment) and disciplinary habits.
18,5 years ago this same transit converted me into Krishna consciousness. and it changed my life. and now i dont want to come out , because in my opinion its the highest knowledge, there is nowhere to go from it, so i dont know what change can occur now with this transit as my Rahu is in Ardra in the 9th house..plus im always pessimistic ...xD

Rahu periods have always been very good for me, just in Ketu dasha when I entered Rahu antardasha, it was fun at the beginning but very boring in the later part.
