Never buy for the short term. Microsoft is a long term winner. Short term buying or buying based off earnings is essentially gambling. If you’re worried about timing just dollar cost average

Thx for the analysis. Couldn't agree more that there's no point in gambling on earnings if you plan to add MSFT as a long-term holding to your portfolio. Btw, Parkev, could you update your analysis on PARA? Paramount stock price surged after the announcement of the Sony bid. How should retail investors assess whether to sell or hold?

The problem with waiting after earnings out and if results exceed expectation, then price will soar and less margin of safety.
If the price goes up too high right after earnings, it usually settles back down after a few days. I agree, though, that it's a bit of a crap shoot.

Question: Would you do a comparison between Palo Alto and Crowdstrike? Cyber security seems to be generally a growing market, so such a comparison would help to decide which one would be a better buy now.

Where can we find your list of top stocks? Couldn’t find it on Motley Fool.
They're in his videos. TMF had its own lists of to stocks for its subscribers. Parkev usually posts video updates around the beginning of each month and the title of the videos will have some variant of "top stock" in the title. You should be able to search his video list for that, or he may have a play list for top stocks.
