Red souce pasta
ingredients :
3 tbsp oil
2,3 garlic cloves chopped
half an onion chopped
4 tbsp tomatoes paste
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
mozzarella cheese
chadder cheese
1 tsp red chilli flakes, mix herbs, pepprica powder, black pepper powder and salt
1 cup penne pasta
1/4 cup pasta water
1/2cup milk
method :
heat oil and butter ,saute garlic and onion till its fragrant add flour mix well then add milk and tomato paste .make sure to cook tomato paste till its turn dark in colour. then add in seasonings cheese ,pasta and pasta water . Garnish with cheese, seasonings and basil leaves
