He asked that everyone figure out what you are giving up, what you will lay down, and what you are committing to God (what you are believing God for or who you are committing to be on the earth? I believe that was all of the information he gave.
People continue to follow these prosperity pastors because they don’t read the Scriptures, and if they do read a verse here and there, they don’t understand it. The Messiah said,, "Yet lackest thou one thing: ***sell all that thou hast, and ***distribute unto the poor, and ***thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.” Why do so-called Christian think their treasure is here on earth? Because these pastors are preaching a false doctrine that only benefits them. The sheep are living modestly but their pastors are living in luxury. Wake up people. Those who have ears to hear, will hear! Just imagine if that money was going to help the poor, the homeless, the widows, as the church is commanded to help, wouldn’t that glorify the Most High?
