I think that making/creating/crafting things helps me in most situations. So carrying on with Vlogmas (even though I'm behind) has been cathartic in a way.
Definitely cannot relate with the leaf piles. Not a thing here in Florida! That ginger tea looks intense, but I'm sure it's good for you. I'm so glad you got that quality time with your friend.
We have mostly pine needles that we deal with in my 'hood. I forgot about the leaf pile pickup until I was up there. 😄 OMG The ginger juice (as my mom calls it) is SO incredibly intense. Spicy.

It’s different that’s for sure. But they were working on gathering the piles, so it’s totally temporary.
