Its meant to be a simpler way of transportation and I like that aspect for it. Kudos to Toyota, Honda and Mazda for keeping their little cars updated and appealing!
I love the look of the Hatchback and last year had to make a choice between this and the Civic Manual Hatch and ended up choosing the Civic Manual Hatch because of how much more space the car has compared to the Corolla. I can say there has been many many many times that I have used all the space in the civic where asin the corolla I wouldn't have been able to fit everything.
@@iloveniro in sure you will love it, the car is still great the trunk just has less space overall and is a corolla so you can expect great mpg and good reliability with now good style.

That is so wonderful! Thank you for sharing that!
@@RaitisRides No problem! On the topic of the wheels, the 40 sidewall saved me in Northern Ontario....hit a massive hole in the road going 110km/h and I thought for sure the strut was going through the hood...but nothing! Wheels made by ENKEI so high quality I presume!
Love my blue flame hatchback. i have the SE and CVT for maximum MPG but I still like it. Been very reliable and after 82K miles it still feels like a new car inside and out. Thanks for the review.
Thank you for this vote of confidence, currently looking around for one for the daily!
I just bought a 6 spd the mileage hasn't been great but I have a heavy foot.
WHICH CAR IS MORE RELIABLE, LAST LONGER, LESS MAINTENANCE, MORE COFORTABLE RIDING ON BUMPY ROADS? THE TOYOTA COROLLA OR THE HONDA CIVIC SEDAN WITH 1.5 TURBO WITH 6SPD? DOES THE SEDAN MODEL OFFER A QUIET RIDE IN COMPARISON TO THE HATCHBACK DESIGN IN BOTH HONDA CIVIC AND TOYOTA COROLLA?
I like the looks of the Corolla hatchback. I can’t wait to see the GR Corolla.
Agree about the manual. A manual makes just about any car feel more engaging and more fun to drive. Which makes it such a shame so few new cars are available with one. Because I vastly prefer a manual, there are some great cars I just won’t seriously consider buying because they’re automatic only.
I love the looks of this car, but I need a bigger hatch/cargo area and a bit more power.
More power would be good. But can’t we keep at least one or two smaller cars around? 😊
I think it looks amazing. WAY better than any Civic.
Between its looks, a manual, and the Corolla name, worth a buy
You like the giant grill? To each their own
The interior is so cramped in the Corolla. Who want to be uncomfortable riding in this jellybean of a hatchback?
@@jraheemjefcoat429 It’s not too cramped. But the Civic is huge now and the Corolla is still a true compact car.
@@alh06 It's cramped for me. I prefer the interior space in the Civic than the Corolla.
@@jraheemjefcoat429 That’s because it’s a much larger car. I’m 6’4 and fit in the back of the Corolla sedan but the hatch does seem more tight on headroom.
The Corolla definitely looks better. :) I think Honda went too far in trying to please everybody with the Civic.
The Corolla interior is not roomy as the Civic, though.
@@jraheemjefcoat429 Not really a concern for me. 90% of the time I'm in my car alone, and the only time I've ever been in the back seat is when I clean it. :)
