CORIANDER LEAVES (CHOPPED)
GREEN CHILLI (FINELY CHOPPED)
---- DAHI ALOO KI SABZI ----
DAHI/ CURD - 1 CUP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 2 TSP
SALT - 1 TSP
DESI GHEE - 2 TABLE SPOON
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
HING - ¼ TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, CHOPPED
CURRY LEAF - 8 TO 10 LEAVES
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 TSP
POTATO (MEDIUM) - 5, PEALED & CHOPPED
