I play SC, my current MS is 116000. Is it too late to maybe try other builds? considering i built everything around sc (equipment sets,artifacts…) Love your videos!

Funny Enough, I made the switch to Clanship Build around the same MS as you. It's very very painful for the first week. I find that I played better and was more connected to the game as I have to click.
I recommend save the Build in Skill Tree, Give it a week on CS and even Pet build. See which one you prefer. I have not tried Pet Build for my entire Main Game. I might do that next season for POST 180,000.
