Metaphysics doesn't really have physics in there either...its speculative, instinctive and intuitive. Its more a thought experiment as opposed to Physics which is a lab experiment so to say. I do sahaj samadhi,the problem is i canot keep my spinal cod erect, i love doinng meditation
Its only initially that you keep it erect. As the meditation happens, slouching is natural. Dont worry :)
