    About me:
I’m Michele Neskey, aka The Posh PA. Welcome to my channel! My mission is to provide personalized guidance, education, and motivation to build confidence and promote wellness for aspiring physician assistants and beyond.
Having been a PA for 17+ years and helped hundreds of students gain acceptance into PA school, I understand the admissions process. I know what they are looking for, and I can help you tailor every component to make you shine, giving you the BEST chance of getting accepted to a program. But it doesn't end there. I create personalized plans for PA students and practicing PAs including test-taking strategy for the PANCE, contract negotiations, and tools to overcome and prevent provider burnout.
My goal is to get you into PA school & survive the rigorous program, help you prevent burnout as a practicing PA, and help you take care of yourself so you can be the best version of YOU for your patients, family, and most importantly YOU!

Thank you so much for sharing such great insight! I'm currently in PA school and just chose oncology as one of my electives for clinical year. This video was so helpful and I really look forward to my rotation.

Greetings my wonderful PA colleague! I just subscribed! This was a great video. I think you may the ONLY Oncology PA of which I know!🤔 I'm a Hospitalist PA. So we have a number of our patients who have diagnosis of cancer (various types and stages). The whole "Code status, palliative care" conversation is never easy to have. Do you have family members who vehemently disagree with eachother about code status of their loved ones? BTW, it's amazing how varied our field has become! I've been a PA for almost two decades now. I hope to meet you in person at one of our PA conferences. Take care!🤓

This is so helpful and wonderful to learn such details. Thank you so much. Do you have any recommendations one way or the other regarding NP oncology vs PA ONCOLOGY?

@ThePoshPA How do you deal with patients with a latex/talc allergy? I have one and can go into anafa-something shock.
