The "head" in the barrels are a reference to the 1985 film "The Return of the Living Dead" in which the US Government put zombies in exact looking barrels as getting rid of them would have more consequences than not doing so.
Bro why is that u speak facts but like fr fr bro I had just got off of playing kino I was at round 39 Luke bro making me go back to playing roblox lolol sike
Kino Der Toten scared me as a kid, couldn’t make it passed round 5 without turning off the tv. Now I can make it to round 10 without turning of the TV. PROGRESSION ☺️
I remember the first time I ever played Kino. Black Ops just came out, i never played or seen World at War zombies so i didnt know what to expect. The menu changing with the music, colors, and zombie interrogator was creepy as hell already; but when I got into Kino, i remember vividly hearing the zombies coming so i looked up the stairs on the left side of the teleporter and my first glimpse of the zombies was the shadow of one breaking through the boards and it gave me goosebumps. Not even The Walking Dead in 2010 could freak me out like that.
I remember always hearing a pitched up/sped up version of that scream in older COD zombies maps/sfx and it would always mildly freak me out, still does
There is also a writing on the wall, when translated it says something like samantha and her friend are playing hide and seek and with the radios from WaW we can understand the friend of samantha is the one banging because she is stuck in a box
Hidden banging are from the boxes meaning there are zombies trapped inside them. The containers don't hold zombie heads but they are entire zombies preserved to be experimented on in the future. The screaming barrier is funny because it's just an edited stock sound effect.
I was just about to comment that. The same scream is on the opening cutscene of Mob Of The Dead towards the end of it when he’s getting crowded by the zombies.
Kino was made long before Mob, lol. Also, the scream is a stock sound effect. You can hear 4 or 5 more screams in that room. You can also hear them on Town in BO2.
It's crying. It can also be heard at two locations on Shi No Numa: in the shed to the right of the comm room, and in a corner of the room in the doctor's quarters that has a radio you can turn on, the corner that has a hole in the ceiling. It can also be heard near Double Tap on Der Riese.
I remember growing up and being creeped out, even though i had some cheats back then that id use on solo i still got a bit creeped out by the map, liminal space like and the fact the place has seen something really bog happen but theres no idea as to what
Never played WaW, but played CoD Zombies on Phone and I'm playing Kino every time i boot it up, even though it's so bright, it's still scary whenever Hellhound released lol
The maps may be creepy and all but when you actually look inside barricades, most of them look straight out of horror movies and it’s kinda good we can’t go in them, they creepy as hell

Wow
How did them get them in?
@@liammeech3702they used nitrogen weapons to freeze them
yes, and then one got out and leaked all over Louisville so they nuked it to stop the spread. wicked movie

The WaW theme always creeps me out you can also hear it throughout the SSSR mission's
World at Wars theme will always resonate in me. So creepy but brings back so many memories.

The n6 crawlers breaking their roof barriers are terrifying
Damn I hate them, make the map unfun
@@MGrey-qb5xz you can play without them.
In lore the zombie's in the barrels were used to contain them since The germens wanted an undead army
this zombies map always literally scares the shit out of me growin up 😂
On me lmao I had to mute the tv in order to play
The barrels are also supposed to be the tests subjects before they get turned into nova crawlers.
The loud banging was me asking if you wanted to extend your car warranty
my thundergun says no
The baby crying always give me shivers
It wasn't on the original map.

That World At War music got me feeling nostalgic asf
12 years later I just realized this map still scares me when I play at night
Sal scream? From bo2
I thought i was the only one that heard it bro
I was just about to comment that. The same scream is on the opening cutscene of Mob Of The Dead towards the end of it when he’s getting crowded by the zombies.
It's a stock scream. You can hear other screams in that room as well. They're all on Town too.

@@fernandosiqueiros8057 Do you know this game " Wolfenstein return to castle " n
Back in the days where they showed passion and love in there game development.
One of the things I like about kino is the fact that the main zombies theme plays constantly
The barrels are a shout out to the classic horror movie 'Return of the Living dead'
The knocking sound is a zombie or a person in the creates
Crate
Hah scary I played this when I was 4 it doesn't scare me at all!
The WaW song gives me chills every time i hear it
Its so erie and depressing
But beautiful
Jejfjdkwkdiwnd
The knocking behind the barricade in dressing room is someone trapped in one of those big boxes
No dude fucking Five is the scariest zombie map
The screaming noise is sals from mob i heard it there

I’m abouta sleep and get this vid
I tried all of them, these are the ones that made me the most angry:
All of them
They done used the scream from motd 💀

That scream by mp40 sounds like salvatore delucas scream in the intro of motd

Its an easy boring map but it has great atmosphere
Thats the same scream when sal gets ripped apart at the end of the Mob Of the Dead Cutscene 😎
There’s, I think giggling, heard at the giant teddy bear too. I believe either giggling or crying I can’t remembering.

getting out of those barriers where fun
I legit thought that Screaming Barreir Sounded like Kid Goku’s voice but a lil deeper XD
The barrier scream sounds like the mob of the dead scream when the last guy died in the intro
Most OG zombies map🔥
This map scared tf outta me the first time i ever played Cod zombies when i was little
I remember growing up and being creeped out, even though i had some cheats back then that id use on solo i still got a bit creeped out by the map, liminal space like and the fact the place has seen something really bog happen but theres no idea as to what
Bo1+WaW *spooky audio and spine chilling areas that cannot be accessed only thought of* 🗿
Never played WaW, but played CoD Zombies on Phone and I'm playing Kino every time i boot it up, even though it's so bright, it's still scary whenever Hellhound released lol
Kino der Toten wasn't in WaW, but in BO1. It was supoosed to be DLC 4 for WaW though.
The map isn't bright in BO1.
Its a nod to night of the living dead when they infect themselves by opening the zombies barrel
Pretty cool what you can find cod zombies 👍👍
My twin and I when we were younger would look at the barrels thinking how cool it was that they had it in the map
Bruh you just made me not to play bo1 zombies this noon😂😂
Those barrels are everywhere dude
Zombies was just scary back then shi no numa and verruckt always scared Kino was also scary so I'd wnd playing Five the most before the dlc's
The maps may be creepy and all but when you actually look inside barricades, most of them look straight out of horror movies and it’s kinda good we can’t go in them, they creepy as hell
When COD blackops zombies was Classic, also world at war still my favorite compared to cold war
In the chronicles version the zombies have their eyes open judging by the orange/yellow color in that spot
bro i picked up that screaming one but i always used to think my game was fucked upp
Why did you think your game was bugged? Lol
The barrels also reference to those being 115 Crawlers
I still remember high rounding with the boys on Bo 1 kino see toten😢😢
Bro i already get used to get scared easily once i see the teddy bear even when it gets from the box or seeing him on the box where is not in it
Is it just me or does the scream of the barrier sound like the guy in the mob of the dead intro, the guy that gets captured last in the intro
Every barrel has those heads
No, only some of them.
Aside from sam's room that ofc everyone knew about, i didnt knew the previous 4. Damn
That screaming is on Town as well.
What about the crying baby?
The knocking is something or someone in the crates just inside the barrier.
Fun fact about the giant teddy bear, on the Wii version, the giant teddy bear has a bowie knife x10 as large.
E como pode pegar
Der Riese also had a teddy bear holding a bowie knife. It appeared when doing the flytrap easter egg.
Kino is the goat
Yes
Dang i played kino so much and never noticed the heads.
One of the pods with zombies are open and empty, ooooooo spooky
It was supposed to be for waw so makes sense
that screaming barrier sounds like meliodus from 7 deadly sins idk why
Was up. I’m driving back from the beach. I’ll try to be there next stream!
Ayoo
the knocking is for an easter egg 😊
the scream by the mp40 sounds like the scream from twisted metal black
The zombie heads in the barrels kind of look like richtophen
And it’s an older game so it’s just more creepy
we all know that the dogs and nova cwalers made the map scary
The zombies trapped inside of those containers were gonna be a part of show before one of the containers spilled.
I SWEAR THAT SCREAM IS SAL FROM MOTD
The reason kino is darker than other maps it's because it was ment to be the 5th WAW map but got delayed because of MW2
The void barrier in spawn is scary
Anybody think that the screaming sounds like the guy in mob of the dead screaming while getting eaten in the cutscene
Didn't that scream sounds like Sal DeLuca's scream in the mob of the dead intro cutscene
All the head models are Richtofens idk if i spelled that right.
Also forgot about the capsule with ET in it
Those are Nova 6 Crawlers in those barrels.
They have faces though.
Iirc the knocking is actually part of an easter egg.
There is no easter egg on Kino lol
Miss those times
How to get all weapons in black ops ps3 and save loadout on deathmatch can I get some help please ?
bro how to setup FOV ?
The knocking noise is coming from the crates because someone is trapped in it
That scream kinda sounds like Steve carell
The head in the barrels are a reference to the 1985 fiend the motel
Were any of this in the BO III remake of the map?
I think it would have been scarier if It did release on WaW
