Difference between dynamic and kinematic viscosity

The lady was floating in the Dead Sea because the water there is denser than the human body. The bearing failed because the lubricant became less viscous at higher temperatures, which caused the bearing parts to rub against each other more easily and consequently fail. Am I correct? If not please correct me.
