I always get confused about these weird word endings (weird for a noob like me) and it's really hard to find videos that explain the little details like this. Thank you for saving us.
Oh it is difficult I agree! In Korean, the polite endings and honorifics are used when it's not the context you would use them: among friends, to younger people, when you are being dismissive, etc.
(이)나 has different meanings, and 나 in 너무나 is a different meaning: it indicates the preceding amount or number is a lot. It amplifies the degree there. 🥰
잘 설명하셨어요. 고생 많으셨습니다 선생님
Oh! I always thought of it like “just eat or something”. This clears it up. 감사합니다!
안녕하세요, 레지나 님! 🥰 네, 다른 거 하지 말고 밥 먹으라는 이야기예요 ㅎㅎㅎ
oohh, i always thought in that way too
best korean teacher out there

Awww thank you so much for such sweet comments! This keeps me power to continue! 😍 I am happy to hear it is helpful… thanks 😊
Thank you very much, Teacher. I'm addicted to your videos^^ But there is a problem: unfortunately, I can't download your workbook. How can I do it?
is this ending less direct? like, the 그냥 would be more of a direct way to say the same thing?
like : 그냥 운동(을) 하자
You can actually use it with 그냥! 😃
그냥 운동이나 하자. - it is used together quite often because the meaning is interchangeable!
@@KoreanJream Oohh, 설명해 주셔서 감사합니다~
Thank you!
You are so welcome and thank you for watching!
i cant even imagine trying to figure out sarcasm in a non native language 😭

밥"만" 먹어라고 하면 같은 의미인가요?
“밥만“이라고 하면 찌개, 반찬, 물은 먹지 말라는 이야기예요. ”밥이나 먹어“라고 하면 다른 일 하지 말고 밥 먹으라는 말이에요. 😊
Is it the same meaning in 너무나 많이 사랑해?
