Lucifer is an amazing show with great stories and a great cast and crew, and a tv series has to be great and worth the time in order for me to watch it. You'll freaking love it through and through, especially when us fans got to have Netflix take over when the show was basically cancelled and they made it even better.

Sort of stole the whole episode for me, honestly, because he just has this charisma that in his 1 minute on screen he somehow made everyone else in the whole episode comparatively dull.
It kind of felt like they were maybe in talks with someone but he wasn't allowed to say because it's not official or they want to keep it a surprise as long as they can. That or he just wants us to think that. Either way, I need to catch up on the show STAT.

My guess is it had something to do with Maze leaving hell without possessing someone. Because as shown in s4, demons leaving hell through possession seems to be the way.
I think Henry Cavill can't really pull off the mysterious and seductive yet elegant Bond vibe. I grew up watching the James Bond movies and Henry isn't really it. Nothing against him, thought, because he's still a great actor.
I love that Tom's portrayal of Lucifer is _nothing_ like the Mike Carey depiction of the character, but he owns the role so goddamned well. "Devilish charm" is such an apt description of the man.
His cameo and Tom Welling's cameo were actually some of the most fun parts in the crossover for me. I'm really enjoying the story so far, but the way they're making all these different shows and stories canon to one connected universe is beyond amazing, and seeing Tom Welling and Erica Durance reprise their Smallville roles after almost 10 years was an absolute treat. Same with Lucifer. When I heard how many cameos they were planning for Crisis, it crossed my mind like, how fun would it be if Lucifer showed up at some point? But then I was like, nah, there's no way they'll do that, but when the news came out that he was spotted in Vancouver and then seeing the episode... amazing. Simply amazing. On a side note, Tom Ellis is such a nice and spontanious person! Seriously, there was not a single awkward moment in this interview because he was just so charming! I'm saying this as a 100% straight guy, but if anyone could turn me gay, it'd be him 😂
Constantine had said he didn't know if Lucifer had an Arrow on his Earth, we have no idea what superhero's exist on Earth 666. Despite seeing Chloe's daughter with a Wonder Woman doll, I don't think there have been any references whatsoever.
In the episode where lucifer and candy go to linda for couples therapy, lucifer says "you wouldn't separate batman and robin would you? They've got a job to do!" And also he makes the Superman's kryptonite referential joke to Cain who's also Smallville superman. So they definitely exist in earth 666.
That’s pretty cool. It’s a reference to the Multiversity when everyone was a comic in each other’s worlds and also when Barry Allen of Earth-1 got powers like the speedster in his comic book, Jay Garrick, which turned out to be Earth-2.
I really REALLY hope that Tom Ellis gets the chance to become the next Doctor on Doctor Who in a few years when Jodi Whittaker finishes her turn in the role! He would be pheonomenal as that character!

@J G No, that's not the case. He's not the one who owns his soul. His soul belongs to Satan, the First of the Fallen, the king of hell on Earth-1. In DC Comics, Lucifer isn't the same character as Satan. Satan is the first to rebel, and Lucifer is the second to rule hell. So, it's likely Lucifer doesn't exist on Earth-1, or if he does maybe hasn't fallen yet. Lucifer doesn't really make deals for souls. Not that I remember anyway. He makes deals, but not for souls. He doesn't actually want to rule Hell. And he only just went back there at the end of season 4. So I can't see how he could be the one who has his soul.
The only thing I wish Lucifer did before it ended was have a full on crossover with Constantine. These two have comic history together and Constantine just makes sense to be on Lucifer. Magic was never explored on Lucifer and Constantine could have brought that. Also Matt and Tom just work so well off each other based on that one scene. A one off movie on Netflix with John and Lucifer would be pretty great tbh.

The Cameo takes place five years before the start of season one. If this was season 4, he would care about helping, if only to protect those he loves, like Decker.
Technically speaking, Lucifer is second only to God himself in the DC Universe and comics. Unless you count Superman Prime 10million, and then Lucifer is 3rd and God 2nd... but we don't talk about that story line.

Lucifer is an amazing show with great stories and a great cast and crew, and a tv series has to be great and worth the time in order for me to watch it. You'll freaking love it through and through, especially when us fans got to have Netflix take over when the show was basically cancelled and they made it even better.

My guess is it had something to do with Maze leaving hell without possessing someone. Because as shown in s4, demons leaving hell through possession seems to be the way.

I love that Tom's portrayal of Lucifer is _nothing_ like the Mike Carey depiction of the character, but he owns the role so goddamned well. "Devilish charm" is such an apt description of the man.
His cameo and Tom Welling's cameo were actually some of the most fun parts in the crossover for me. I'm really enjoying the story so far, but the way they're making all these different shows and stories canon to one connected universe is beyond amazing, and seeing Tom Welling and Erica Durance reprise their Smallville roles after almost 10 years was an absolute treat. Same with Lucifer. When I heard how many cameos they were planning for Crisis, it crossed my mind like, how fun would it be if Lucifer showed up at some point? But then I was like, nah, there's no way they'll do that, but when the news came out that he was spotted in Vancouver and then seeing the episode... amazing. Simply amazing. On a side note, Tom Ellis is such a nice and spontanious person! Seriously, there was not a single awkward moment in this interview because he was just so charming! I'm saying this as a 100% straight guy, but if anyone could turn me gay, it'd be him 😂
Constantine had said he didn't know if Lucifer had an Arrow on his Earth, we have no idea what superhero's exist on Earth 666. Despite seeing Chloe's daughter with a Wonder Woman doll, I don't think there have been any references whatsoever.
Maybe its like in Black Lighting's Earth, where heroes and villains are actually comic book characters.
I've seen posters of Flash and Supergirl shows in the Lucifer show. So yeah. They are fictional tv characters on Lucifer's earth.

That’s pretty cool. It’s a reference to the Multiversity when everyone was a comic in each other’s worlds and also when Barry Allen of Earth-1 got powers like the speedster in his comic book, Jay Garrick, which turned out to be Earth-2.
I really REALLY hope that Tom Ellis gets the chance to become the next Doctor on Doctor Who in a few years when Jodi Whittaker finishes her turn in the role! He would be pheonomenal as that character!

@J G No, that's not the case. He's not the one who owns his soul. His soul belongs to Satan, the First of the Fallen, the king of hell on Earth-1. In DC Comics, Lucifer isn't the same character as Satan. Satan is the first to rebel, and Lucifer is the second to rule hell. So, it's likely Lucifer doesn't exist on Earth-1, or if he does maybe hasn't fallen yet. Lucifer doesn't really make deals for souls. Not that I remember anyway. He makes deals, but not for souls. He doesn't actually want to rule Hell. And he only just went back there at the end of season 4. So I can't see how he could be the one who has his soul.

The only thing I wish Lucifer did before it ended was have a full on crossover with Constantine. These two have comic history together and Constantine just makes sense to be on Lucifer. Magic was never explored on Lucifer and Constantine could have brought that. Also Matt and Tom just work so well off each other based on that one scene. A one off movie on Netflix with John and Lucifer would be pretty great tbh.
Hopefully we get to see him more making small cameos with John Constantine.

Crisis is in part of the 5 years that lucifer being in LA before he met Chloe (Lucifer season 1) so theres no way chloe will be in crisis. It saids also in 3:00

The Cameo takes place five years before the start of season one. If this was season 4, he would care about helping, if only to protect those he loves, like Decker.
Technically speaking, Lucifer is second only to God himself in the DC Universe and comics. Unless you count Superman Prime 10million, and then Lucifer is 3rd and God 2nd... but we don't talk about that story line.
