Interview with Charlie Webster - HTB at Home

TV presenter Charlie Webster joined us for HTB at Home and spoke powerfully about her life as a broadcaster and how she came to faith in Jesus on Alpha.
She also spoke of her experience of abuse and how she has campaigned to raise awareness and help other victims. Charlie is an extraordinarily dynamic person who, amongst many other achievements, has run more than 10 marathons and competed in the Ironman Triathlon. Her story is inspirational.
'I think I had a really negative perception of what Christianity was. However I always felt that I had God in me, I've no idea where that came from... Alpha gave me that safe space to try and start to open myself and allow a bit of love in, and give a bit of love too.'
