**Hydraulic Suspension vs. Nitrox Suspension Details -
- Hydraulic Suspension System:
This suspension system work on the hydraulic principle where hydraulic oil is used to absorb the shocks and jerks. This hydraulic oil has a chemical composition and this oil has 10% air molecules mixed in it. When a shock is created, this oil is continuously compressed by the piston used in a shock absorber.
Due to this continuous compression, air molecules present in the oil start separating from the oil and forms a layer of foam on the top surface inside the shock absorber cylinder. Forming of this foam layer is called cavitation.
Cavitation has an adverse effect on the performance of the suspension system and it does not absorb the shocks as expected.
To avoid this problem of cavitation, another suspension system is being introduced which is called nitrox suspension
- Nitrox Suspension:
In this suspension system, Nitrogen gas is used instead of hydraulic oil. Nitrogen oil is compressed and filled in a small cylindrical canister (Cylindrical Tube). In the case of shocks and jerks, this nitrogen gas is compressed and shock is absorbed by the suspension system.
This system does not have a problem of forming cavitation and it gives much better performance than a normal suspension system. This system gives better stability and comfort than a normal suspension system

Superb experience in Nitrox Suspension from last 2015, nice video, you told my words...Love you from Kolkata
Well.. you definitely explained the right thing. However, I expected you to also differentiate the words suspension and shock absorber. While both suspension and shock absorber are in the same unit, their functions are different. Also, we know that classic and thunderbird got nitrox shock absorbers from Endurance previously. However they were on the stiffer side, and hence even if it gave the motorcycle a well planted ride on tarmac, it went hard on our backs. If you see, even Bajaj Pulsars get Endurance nitrox shock absorbers. But they are purpose built - commuter rider shock absorbers and hence on the softer side, and so it gave a good plush ride feel. I only expect the new regular hydraulic suspension is good for comfort, or else people will continue to modify their classic seat saddles, thinking it is just the seat that is responsible for the hampered comfort.

हाईड्रोलिक या नाईट्रोक्स मे बुनियादी अंतर हो सकता है लेकिन कंपनिया यदि हाइड्रॉलिक हाईक्वालिटी सस्पेंशन दे तो वो भी बुरे नही होते क्रेटा, होंडा मारूती भी हाइड्रॉलिक ही देती हैं लेकिन उनकी राइड क्वालिटी बहुत अच्छी है। वहीं इंटरसेप्टर मे भले ही नाईट्रोक्स ससपेंशन है लेकिन वो न सिर्फ बेकार, बल्कि वर्स्ट घटिया हे सिर्फ शोपीस हैं । बेसिक समझाने के हिसाब से वीडियो अच्छा है।

Bro ek video bana do on matte laquer please, someone said spraying matte laquer on matte bike that lost matte and turned glossy could turn the gloss back into matte, aur yeh directly can be sprayed over paint and also it’s a transparent spray that just gives the matte effects, so sir ek video on this is needed with right concept which will be very appreciated and thankful as we most of the re matte owners brother is upset with our matte finish that turned glossy
That is why i changed my shock ups to nitrox in my Pulsar 150 within 1 year of purchase and it worked very well compared to stock shockups

So funny i bought pulsar 150 in 2006 and i got this nitrox suspension in built at that time i used to think these are nitros attached to my bike 😂😂 i was just 18 tht tym(Dhoom movie effect) and now after so many years when I thought I bought a better bike ( meteor 350) I am coming to know that I got outdated suspension.. lol Bajaj pulsar was way ahead of it's time in 2006.
