they've arrested dozens of people for murders over these last 3 years. and this beef has been going on for over 20 years. these young guys are just the faces of it....and brought it to the internet. over 50 people are probably in prison because of that julio/atk beef. maybe 1,000s are in prison for this generational beef over the last 20-30 years. wtf are you even talking about? you can't arrest everybody who commits a murder because you have to know who did it,, have the evidence, etc. even if you know who did it, you need real evidence to convict them. the police don't convict the murderers. the jury does. and if a jury doesn't think it's enough evidence, they'll set the person free. jacksonville solves a good percentage of their homicide in comparison to most cities, but its not easy solving homicides because usually the police come after it's been done already. you talk all this trash on the internet but if your house got invaded robbers or you got beat up by a gang or something violent happened to you, you're gonna call the police.
your whole family will call the police and you're gonna be scared, hoping they fix it for you. your tax dollars go to the police, so its stupid for you to even make up dumb stuff like "theyve been watching for years but nothing has happened". the rappers aren't the people doing the violence. so you dont hear about the non-famous people who get locked up everyday in jacksonville in that war for guns, drugs, etc. the police put dozens and dozens of them in jail every year to keep them off the street before they do commit a murder. and they lock up a lot of murderers. florida has to deal with murderers who are non-black as well too. florida is a violent state my brother. i dont even really agree with a lot of the police in america, but to say that police "do nothing" is ridiculous.
the jury does everything. they decide your fate. and its hard to get evidence if nobody will testify against that person. the only way people testify is if they face time as well, so they'll snitch. but people don't snitch out the blue. they snitch if they're in trouble to lighten their sentence. so the police can't just lock you up because they know you did it. they need proof. and its not easy to get proof in black homicides because black people don't care about their loved ones. they refuse to help the police solve the homicide. white people in florida usually get justice. why? because all their friends/co-workers/the whole community stands up and offers information/tips/clues. black people are so desensitized to murder and addicted to rap music, we think its "bad" to help the police lock up somebody who shot our family member in the face 10x. thats the reality.
It's sad to say this generation don't live to get old they live to stay young and die young. They act like it's a flex to die young. Not all young people think like this, I'm speaking on the ones that thinks like this. It's just sad my heart goes out to the family.
