The 14th Amendment was meant to overturn the Dredd Scott v Sanford decision. The 13th, 14th, 15th Amendments is a contract that was specifically for Black American Freedmen and their descendants. No one else other than European Americans is eligible.

Not sure why my comment got deleted. The case of Kim Wong Ark in 1898 also should not be used as way to justify birthright citizenship for the undocumented and illegal immigrants. The court found that his parents no longer had foreign allegiance and ruled them as legal immigrants. During that time they were ruled as people of the land which translated to their son Kim Wong Ark being born as a legal citizen. Illegal, or undocumented is not proven allegiance to the United States as they would still be beholden to the land that they legally belong to and it would be the same for their children. Birthright Citizenship as it’s been twisted today and abused is unconstitutional.
The Chinese can claim they helped build the Continental Railroads from the western states in the United States. The western states had mountains and caves that had to be leveled. The mountains and caves had to be leveled by dynamite and nitroglycerin. A lot of Chinese workers loss their lives crawling throughout caves and mountains working with dynamite and nitroglycerin. I will give them credit for helping to connect the country from the East Coast to the West coast. The freed Black Americans workers, worked from the East Coast to the Midwest.
To be honest I never heard the Chinese claim they built the , Tran Continental Railroads. I learned what I know about the Tran Continental Railroads through a PBS documentary 15 years ago.

I've always believed that every child should assume the identity of their mother. If the mother is illegal, the child is illegal. If the mother is undocumented, the child is also undocumented. What has always bothered me about the 14th amendment that Other groups came along and Benefitted from the legislation without Understanding its History or the Group it was meant Grant Citizenship and ameliorate the some of the inhuman wrongs of slavery. Canada should also Implement such a legislation because a lot of pregnant Immigrants want to make it to Canada to "drop anchor" too and it's becoming a problem of exploitation too. Many Indian migrants seek to get a grasp on Canadian citizenship through this method.

However, my history lesson was very necessary because if the 14th Amendment was repealed it places Black Americans in jeopardy also.
If the 14th Amendment was repealed, it would significantly undermine the civil rights of Black Americans by stripping them of the legal protections of citizenship, including the right to equal protection under the law, potentially leading to a resurgence of discriminatory practices and a rollback of progress made in racial equality.

Think what you must but challenging black Americans who are descendants of Freedmen, or the formerly enslaved of America opens up some conversation this country and government may not be ready for. This don’t have anything to do with Legal American citizens. Everyone migrating here need to follow the laws of the land. Come here and do things the right way become a legal law abiding citizen and stop trying to work the system by willfully misinterpreting the constitution and infringing upon the rights of others it’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Not sure why my comment got deleted. The case of Kim Wong Ark in 1898 also should not be used as way to justify birthright citizenship for the undocumented and illegal immigrants. The court found that his parents no longer had foreign allegiance and ruled them as legal immigrants. During that time they were ruled as people of the land which translated to their son Kim Wong Ark being born as a legal citizen. Illegal, or undocumented is not proven allegiance to the United States as they would still be beholden to the land that they legally belong to and it would be the same for their children. Birthright Citizenship as it’s been twisted today and abused is unconstitutional.
