What can really be said about Enter Shikari? The St Albans scene owes them so much - it thrived because of them, and the shows put on because of them.
Trashcan Promotion shows were really at the heart of the St Albans scene for the younger crowd, and it really gave me personally a real sense of belonging - a feeling part of something at the time bigger than myself.
I spent A LOT of time travelling around seeing Shikari at various times in their career; From The Pitz in Milton Keynes to seeing them headline Alexandra Palace. I owe a lot to these guys, and I really hope they know how much the scene respects and cherishes all they did for it.

Rou kinda sounds 15 in this record. Vocals in general are a lot worse here imo.
