Must be an American, using any other form of measurement than a number.
For those who care on a stock International CXT is 55" or 4'7", therefore mister nipple height is probably around 5'6", and not 6'5" like a average buyer of said truck would be.

These people don't have jobs that require pickups, don't use the towing functionality, or use the bed except for as junk storage or as an oxygen tank to hold air 90% of the time. These people would be perfectly well served by renting a truck or borrowing one from a friend. My whole family utilizes a single pickup truck.... like all 8 of us. Families of similar size will have 8 people and 6 or 7 trucks with not a single person doing a trade job. I supervise guys who have work vehicles they use at work every day... and they drive into the office with Ford F150's and Silverados. We don't do construction. The trucks are sparkling clean. This is my point.
If you don’t have a need for a truck that size, then don’t buy it. Plain and simple

@@strangelyukrainian7314 The F-650 is a chassis which has a ton of uses. Ambulances, Tow Trucks, Roadside service trucks, Electrical and communications maintenance vehicles. The rapid transit system around me is built on F-650's, because they hold a bunch of people and don't have the huge downsides of full size busses. Even the triple cab he complains about here is useful because it'll haul 8 people and all their gear.

@@corytuggle385outlast meaning what? In terms of mileage, you'll definitely be needing to refill in 150km, with a tesla you'll get double that mileage and it won't burn a hole in your pocket. Teslas also go faster too
@@raisin8051 These trucks have tanks to match their size, you have around 50 gallons of fuel at least that will take you much further than 150 kms. It is quite pointless comparing an F650 to any Tesla product.
@@raisin8051 Nobody buys a truck to "go faster" in, and besides, even with higher gas prices, it still costs a fortune to recharge a Tesla that could take an entire work day to charge while it takes only five minutes to fill up a gas/diesel vehicle

It's because there is 0 benefit to this. Carrying capacity is the same as a regular truck while gas, drivability, power to weight ratio, parking, and general cost are all extremely poor. Super car at least has amazing power to weight ratio and drivability.

When driven lawfully, super cars are just as impractical as super trucks. Also, they’re so low that manufacturers finally chose to install adjustable ride-height suspension to make them more practical.

The company I worked for had a yellow Chevy 5500 with a pickup truck bed on on. 4 Dr. Beautiful Rig. I towed a 5th Wheel Trailer with it. Loved that truck . National Cart Service. We had a Contract with every Home Depot in Texas. Shopping cart wheels, lumber carts, Nursery carts, ladder repair. I really miss that job.
Not to mention the astronomical price.......most people who own these would never let it get dirty. Most I know never haul/pull anything (maybe an expensive lightweight cigarette boat to complete the ultimate macho look) and will actually drive around a mud puddle........LOL

I live in Australia. In a not too big town (about 200k people) and a guy bought an F650.
Dumbest. Truck. Ever. It looked ridiculous, it was completely unusable in town, couldn't be used offroad, couldn't tow anything and he needed a ladder to get up into the tray. Lasted him 12 months before it showed up in a used car lot for a fraction of what he paid for it.
I've made some dumb financial decisions in my life, but never F650 dumb.

He talked about how difficult it is to use the one pick-up truck feature on this pick-up truck that defines a pick-up truck as being a pick-up truck, which makes this pick-up truck suck at being a pickup truck.

There is a sadly large number of men who think this is the perfect vehicle to drive to work, Wal-Mart and the supermarket. They have no problem taking on debt equal to three years' wages to get one.
It's only real purpose is to haul massive loads without actually getting licemced for something like a semi, and without buying a box truck purely for that load. It also looks awesome so most people just think it's rad.
Never under any circumstance underestimate the power of stupidity.
if it can be driven on a regular license and tow large loads then it makes sense. not needing a special license is a huge bonus in terms of small business use.
I work at a Car Wash and i am constantly having to turn these trucks away cause they will not fit in our bay. The biggest problem with these things is theyre just too damn LARGE

I have worked on many 650s and 750s and I rarely see the bed that high, but most people have them as work trucks. A skinny, low bed in the middle with tool boxes on each side; and a crane, a welder, and air compressor on top. As just a standard pickup they are pretty pointless
For a trademan the most useful is a hip height flat bed with drop sides thay tips for easy and safe loading. These trucks todays are so pretty you cant scratch them. If they are meant for hauling sand, cement, rocks, supplies, tools..dont buy a stupid truck that doesnt have drop sides or tips.

The bed is for like an f450, it doesn't come with a bed. It's designed for other stuff
Its not really meant to a personal truck- folks just outfit them as such- its a more manageable semi truck. Silly rich people just get them because they're a bigger flex than lifted trucks- literally.

Its commercial use so you can haul and tow alot. If you're carrying something with thie truck, you probably wont be able to lift it from tbe truck regardless of how accessible the bed is.

If I were to do it, it would be a camper. I like how they look, but dear god, I don't care how good it looks if I ain't got functionality it should have. I think they would make a pretty cool camper, though the clearance and length don't seem all that friendly to anything but a proper road.
