Covenant transport needs to update its hotel I've seen a couple videos of drivers that got bed bugs and their hotel rooms are dirty. Some of the beds are collapsed in.
Fred Currie and you’re with covenant? And that’s no surprise to me. We have been treated like shit and every-time we question pay or another account were denied or told some bs. Everyone we talk to is making more than us while we’re getting all the required miles
ChallengeTAY Wow! Your numbers sound low! If you ran 7600 miles - that $3200 for the truck or $1600 each team member. Then add their team bonus. Do you get another $1000 every 30k? So 7600 miles is the equivalent of about $250 of that $1000. So you could say you are really making in the long run about $1850 for this big week. And 7600 miles is moving!!! I’m thinking of quiting nursing for my wife and I to go on the road with Covenant but you are scaring me. $1100 a week for 24/7 for 7 days is NOTHING. I WOULD GO CRAZY!
Do they have background checked already before you go to orientation or they check it during orientation then try to send you home if a pending case pop up
im supposed to be going to covenant on the 14th to orientation and they told me that i have to do team driving for at least a month before i can consider solo. i do not have my hazmat but already have at least 3-4 month experience otr. If they are not hiring for them dedicated dolo lanes from the area that i am from then i am just kinda SOL on that note... So im gona try this Team thing. Not sure if i want a dood or female.. I DRIVE my ass off tho. NO TIME FOR GAMES..
Candace Portier you don’t have to have your hazmat to join but remember that’s a priority... & if you already have a few months experience & would like to come join with a team it’s good to get to know someone while joining (you meeting someone in orientation) or joining with someone... teaming isn’t so bad and I heard you don’t really make money being solo unless you’re on the touch freight accounts but it’s not hard at all..I recommend you giving the teammate they will find for you closest to your area for easier home time request but either way it’s all about how you connect with that person and you feeling safe... any other questions let me know driver 👍🏽
@@challengetay5026 right on! thats what im going to do for now until i get that HZMT. But yes.. ANYONE OUT THERE!!! Im looking for a team DRIVER..THANKS CHALLENGE
Carlos H Rubaļlos I think you accumulate 1 day for a week. So 3 months you will save up around 12 days but they do not like teams to take off more than a week I hear some teams say they take your truck and have ppl run in them until you’re back which is not right.
Carlos H Rubaļlos they expect you to know the just of backing but when you go out with your trainer they will help you more and tighten you up on everything ... and if I was you I’d give them a call about your application
Bee Collector yes with covenant you do have to have hazmat to make money... you will be capped off at around 800-900 without it.. and when I started we was getting 450 but sometimes they change it a few months ago trainees was making 650 they change it all the time.
Bee Collector man go to Maverick Transportation they have refrigerated, glass and flatbed. They have a 1 year CDL Sponsored contract and it's prorated so if you leave before time that's all u have to pay not the full thing. Training pay is $600 a week. The starting pay after your done training is between 0.49-0.53 and $1,000 a week guaranteed minimum yes this is for new drivers check em out drivemavericktransportation.com/main/76?gclid=Cj0KCQiA_4jgBRDhARIsADezXcjolk28_iSgsD-4l6-8sqCL9YKHwHx2XSn2uo7rfFIMKfchwmtKaOcaAjc6EALw_wcB
In some cases I can add it depends on a few factors that I really can’t explain. Me personally it’s a headache hearing how other ppl are being Paid and how I’m paid when my team work very hard. I definitely feel like it’s a start company and if you can go else well more money then do it
Appreciate that information bro. I might try to hop on that solo dollar general family dollar account. Are those accounts hook and drop or will I be touching freight?

I’m OTR with partner who DOES NOT HAVE HAZMAT yet and we average $1,400 to 1,200 a week. Waiting for him to get his hazmat soon

Mikemike Carter I don’t remember I think they do it while your there could be wrong tho.
How do I become a solo driver for Covenant? Like what are the requirements? An what’s the pay like for a solo driver?

Hey does covenant train you to get your hazmat endorsement or is that all on you?
Take home 850 without hazmat? Or gross.it also depends on individual taxes and insurance
You’ll gross around 1,100 and take home the 850.....
hair or regular? any fandoms within a year?
Is the 850$ including the 40k$ dollar team bonus and 15k$ tuition bonus ?
U still there? Update?
If you drive in team 3 mouth, how many days you rest at home?

One more question please, in training they teach you back up before going to training or in training?
This past week I filled an application, do you think I should call them? Or wait for their results?
Carlos H Rubaļlos they expect you to know the just of backing but when you go out with your trainer they will help you more and tighten you up on everything ... and if I was you I’d give them a call about your application
Thank you! God bless

What does Covanant pay team drivers? We need to make $3k to $4k per week. We have hazmat and tanker.
Hows the pay for covenant
It's a great company besides the dispatch, you'll have good weeks and bad weeks. You can expect about $1200 gross for a 5000 mile week.
In some cases I can add it depends on a few factors that I really can’t explain. Me personally it’s a headache hearing how other ppl are being Paid and how I’m paid when my team work very hard. I definitely feel like it’s a start company and if you can go else well more money then do it
shit...…..I was there two years. Don't trust this idiot.
