We mix all the same except with little oil and water in order to have some juicy texture. Also that we close the dough with pressing n not by water. Using the steamer and steam for 20mts. for meat and 15 mts. for vegetable. A good hot sauce, soy sauce and any kind of salad. For soup, some they use the meat one and some use light black tea. In all, you made a good one and they liked it very much. A beautiful introduction of new taste to your in laws. Hats off! If ever in Serbia, it would be my pleasure to make an excellent, tasty momo and noodle soup. Would be my honour to do so. Cheers.
