The 1-2, 2-5, and 5-10 year structure is actually a great approach for setting clear milestones. However, some people also extend the short-term phase a bit longer, especially in fields that require more foundational skills, but your timeline definitely makes sense too. The timelines I considered are all encompassing and they could look different for different career plans. Good luck in your application 🤗

It's the kind of off-topic I like🤣🤣🤣! Thanks for the compliment 🤎🤎🤎. My hair is extremely low maintenance. I just twist it before I sleep, and if I'm not in the mood, I twist it in the morning when I wake up and untwist just after 20-30mins. For products, I use shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in. That's just it. No crazy 10 steps. Hair type, heavy on the 4C but conditioner makes it look not too nappy 😀

No. It can be anything according to your career. Just show progression and let the progression have transformational effect to more than yourself but to society/ economic/ region/continent etc...

If I wrote in the career plan essay I have a detailed 18- page plan for my future goals and I have developed it over 7 month which address health and education.... etc and started to state the short , medium and long term goals Is that an innovative intro or should I change it ? I really have a written plan and I plan to bring it with me if accepted to interview
@faith.edigold okay I have a startup in education and mentioned that on the long term I want to turn it into a unicorn a billion dollar startup that would have a major influence in education I know it's an ambitious , outstanding and very hard goal to achieve , and it's really my goal not just talking. Would it be good to mention it in career plan?
I have a question please What if I don't plan to resume my current role when I return back from the program but instead start an initiative. Would that work? Can I not talk about my role

I find that it's not necessary to write an introduction and you can jump right into stating your set goals.
