Great content! Always a pleasant sight to see a stock looking FD2R in sunny Singapore 🇸🇬 I am enjoying my FD2si, hopefully one day I will be able to try a FD2R.
Hi there, I've just bought a Nov 2008 Honda Accord Euro R, in Pearl White and I love it, it has some Mugen and Toda parts fitted, it sounds great, love the videos, drive safe 😃
Hi there! Awesome to meet you! Congrats on your new purchase! The Euro R is such an awesome car to own... its one of those cars that makes you love it more and more when you own it!
Hi Clifford, very nice review and so good to hear real owners opinions about the car. Now you've reviewed CL7 euro R, FD2R and DC5R which one is your favorite and please share why? Thanks Man!
Hello! and thank you for your kind words. I have not reviewed the DC5R yet, the DC5 I reviewed previously was a Type S. That said, my favourite will still be the CL7R... I like its refined qualities... not as raw as the FD2R, and still have 4 doors, large comfortable space. Yes, it may not be as quick as the other Type Rs, however, it got enough "R" DNA essence inside it to make it really special. :)
@@ArtTunerz Thanks man, I'm considering to buy CL7R too. People said CL7R electric steering is quite vague and no feedback. Has the mods done to your car improved the steering feel and feedback? Thanks Clifford
@@nyanlin yes, well the steering response from the CL7R is definitely not as great as the FD2R. Sometimes it does feel a little too light for my liking, especially from a "heavier" car, you would expect a more weighted steering respond. So the answer is no, the mods I did didn't improve it much. But overall, perhaps stiffening up the chassis might help? Not very sure as I am not running any struts as my car is more towards street and comfort than the track.
The FD2, s are awesome cars, I’m really not a fan of the Turbo Civic,s, the NA version,s I think are more Raw, the sound of the engine, there just great cars, please drive safe guys.
FD2R owner myself and I am still in awe of how this machine can transform from a family car to a track monster on tap.
great choice to get the FD2R! Literally on tap. Track monster on the road. haha.
I had the same problem of the rear emblem position after respray 😅
Lovely FD2R you got there as well!
@@ArtTunerz thanks. You had a lovely CL7R too
There is always a special feeling when you see a championship white Honda with the red 'Type R' badge on it. Iconic!
yes, I agree... Championship white is the iconic color for the Type R!
