The list price for a 2BR is 22 million now? Am I understanding that correctly? I have already purchased a 2BR in Tower 1 but am curious as to what the developer is charging now that it’s a few years later.
The point of a property tour is to show the property, you're barely showing the floor areas and for a significant amount of time you're doing, upward pointing 'selfie-cam'. I have no idea what the floors in the bathroom and kitchen look like from this video. Plenty of ceiling shots. I suggest you invest in a camera and lenses with wider field of view.

@@stevem437 yes, its 22M. In tower 3 is semi furnished. How much was yours back then?
@@joevangtravels With a 5% spot deposit I paid 16.7M total in September 2022. 46th floor facing the city/mountains/amenities. Not furnished.
