for anyone wondering why only 2 mobs in this update, it’s because alex is currently putting a lot of work into a new creative high quality mod called “alex’s caves” which looks absolutely crazy so far adding cool new mobs and caves
So is untamed wilds honest they both equally good but untamed wilds is better sibce it has 9 shark species tortoises soft shells and ect and other stuff it has the kinda same modeling part and good animationd
By the way everyone, there was a mention in the update about the Alex's Mobs book being able to be placed in the Chiseled Bookshelf but as it hasn't been released with Minecraft yet, I decided not to include it but when it does get added into the game, I'll remember to showcase it in the update video! Also I know I pronounced Caiman wrong :)
eh, not really sad, disappointing for some tho. just play Minecraft on the latest version :) mods should definitely try to port to newer versions because then they'll be more relevant and newer versions have awesome features

Here's some facts about Alex's Mobs for you: 1. Did you know that the sounds made when using a dimensional carver are actually the same sounds made when walking on Netherite blocks. 2. Did you know that devil's hole pupfish will spawn in aquariums in animal tamer houses from Domestication Innovation. And those are all the facts.
Is it possible that if you had a friend and they used a stink ray on you, is it possible for any passive mob that can attack end up attacking you (Such as seals)?
Yep, all you need to do is go the the windows search bar and type %appdata%. Once the folder is open, click on the ".minecraft" folder, then click on the "config" folder and open up the TOML document called alexsmobs. Scroll all the way to the bottom and where it says "superSecretSettings = false" remove "false" and type "true" and then save and open up Alex's Mobs and it should work :)
Couldn't for this video unfortunately as when the update was released, Optifine wasn't updated so couldn't use them. Wasn't really sure how to download other shaders that don't use Optifne so just didn't use any :)
I think this one was probably the worst in my opinion due to the least amount of content in the update but at the same time, the creator is working on a new mod which looks amazing so I don't mind tbh :)
@@brunogonzalez9310 To me, Straddler is one of my favorite mobs in the mod (literally all of them are my favorite that's how cool the mobs are.). The design is extremely creative and they are worth killing for that sweet, sweet Straddlite

Yep. I can't wait for that mod. And he's also porting all of his mods to 1.19.3, and I'm pretty sure that includes Ice and Fire, so that will be cool.

To me, I think that the introduction to the straddler is a bad update mainly because of how the straddlers can be annoying to deal with.
