17pts 6 rebounds not even 1 assist and not even 50% fg as a big. He not even close to top 20 in todays NBA
He's already nearing the top 10 double digit rebounds or not.
His shooting and timing on blocks has been elite since I watched him at Michigan State. But it's amazing how his balance and strength have steadily improved letting him defend without fouling more often and get to the rim.
One of my favorite players to watch today. Heat fan but memphis is fun to watch, he's a big reason why.

This Grizzlies team is going to have 3 20+ point scorers. One of which being a perineal DPOY candidate, one of the best shooters in the NBA, and the other being Ja Morant. All at the age of 23 right now.

I really wish he would be more aggressive. He’s easily a 20-10 guy that plays DPOY caliber defense.

JJJ most underrated player ever! He does it all! Great defender! Top ten player if he could increase his scoring above 20ppg also needs to play more minutes per game! Only averages like 28 mins per game! But yet one of my favorite players!
