Hey everyone, I have been looking at this for a while since I picked one up a while ago and I wanted to make a video one it... It's a unboxing, review and (re)build video. This is the @ajazzkeyboard6039 AC100 Max keyboard and I end up putting in @gateronofficial #CreamSoda switches in it and some nice Dya Sub PBT Galaxy clone keycaps. I am comparing it today mostly to the @qwertykeys2119 #qk100 keyboard, which I have built right now With Gateron Smoothies and @osumekeys Night Market keycaps. Let me know your thoughts on the video and the AC100

nice review, the voyagers trajectories are an amazing detail.
Yeah, the graphic on the other AC100 Max is nice too (the Coffee colored one), but I think that the voyager one is better.
Super keybord. I ordered one for myself.
Let me know what you think when you get it! I am always interested in hear about other people's builds and what they did and what they like and don't like.
I just got this keyboard and it's awesome stock! I was pleasantly surprised by the weight, build quality and switch response/sound.
It was pretty good stock and I think that it's totally usable stock, but I love to tinker. I think with all of the stock parts, I would lube the switches and then force break it and it would be nice.
I like that keyboard!
Thanks! you know your son could definitely use a new keyboard and I can help make that happen ;)
@@ChrisJames024 the last one you made him isn't even 6 months old yet!
@@youroldpalRoy That was a 75% gaming keyboard... now he can get his 1800 work keyboard with screen(!)
great video man! Can you link the software for the keyboad?
Sure, here's where I downloaded my software.

@@ChrisJames024 Thank you dud, for some reason the official site takes 3 days to download the soft
@@mecanico4973 Well, it's coming in from China... you could be getting some awful bitrates from them, LOL
I'm looking to make a silent board for a buddy. I was considering the V5 Max, but realized this isn't that much more expensive. It's nice that this is aluminum, but it does suck there's no knob. What would you recommend?
Stacking up the Keychron V5 Max vs the AJazz AC100 Max, well, it depends on a couple of factors. The AC100 Max certainly feels more premium than the V5 Max. But then you do have the knob vs the screen, if the knob will make your friend's life better or if he would benefit from a travel keyboard (which is what I use my V5 Max for) then that would be a good option. Otherwise, I would pic the AJazz AC100 Max. I like the design of the AC100 Max, the switches are better than the stock switches on the Keychron keyboards. The keycaps on both are really nice, but the AC100 Max is Cherry Profile and the V5 Max has OSA keycaps. Do you have any specific questions? I have both.
@@ChrisJames024 Thanks! The knob is nice to have, but I think he could live without it if the AC100 Max is a lot better. I'm going to be picking up some Boba U4s, and Ghost Judge keycaps anyway so the switches and keycaps that come with either board don't really matter to me.
The AC100 Max does have a nice sound signature(albeit foamy), but is it a lot louder than the V5 Max? Since he's going to be using it for work I think if it's annoyingly loud I'd probably be better off with the V5 Max. Also how would you compare the two typing experiences between the two? I'm interested to know if the AC100's gasket/leaf spring mount is any different than the V5 Max. Subbed btw, your content's great.
@@drycleanonly Actually, the sound of the AC100 is not going to be as loud as the V5. The foamy sound combined with the PE sheet makes the AC100 Max more mellow, but the chassis is only part of the story and the Bobas are going to influence the sound. With these being silent switches, it should make for a very quiet keyboard. I have not used the U4S's before so I don't know how good the sound dampening on it is, but it should make for a pretty quiet experience.
Thanks for the sub too! Every little bit helps!
@@ChrisJames024 Thanks! Just ordered the AC100 Max
@@drycleanonly That's awesome! You need to tell me what you think about it when you get it!
