I have the same stick in pink! My wife died and I was going to sell it and never did, and I never found it listed since the first time and it was the most expensive woman's stick listed. This is the first time in a few years that I saw the same design, and I married my wife in 1991 and don't know when she bought it, but owned a bar in the late 1980s and into the 1990s. I looked for it when she died and back then it was over $400.00 and the best ladies stick they had, I'm guessing they are all unisex now because I can't find it anywhere, until now, and same design in pink with a darker inlay. If you are still around, I'd like to contact you because I was told the model was discontinued, but it's the same stick, maybe the fancy name was discontinued!

I played a lot of pool from mid-1970s to about 1985, then quit until just the past week. I am looking to get back into it. Unfortunately around 1990 my wife accidently sent my cue stick and case to the Salvation Army (accidently - with a lot of other stuff during spring cleaning). It was a Steve Mizerak signature ca. 1981, 21 oz, Irish linen wrapped, inlaid, etc. with extra shaft, original cost $400. People I mention this to think I'm crazy, given what is in the stores now bearing his name. Also, I'd swear the shafts came with tips abt 13.5 mm on a shafts that tapered down FROM the tip to about 12.5 mm (maybe 9" from the tip) before gradually increasing back to the joint. So my question is what cue would you recommend for me now?

In response to Joe Greens comment about his Lucasi cue I was not being critical of this cue maker. If you have one and you like it and more importantly you play well with it that’s all that matters. So many cue videos talk about how a cue looks and not enough about how it plays (the hit) I have an Adrien Bagara (he worked with Joey Gold) and didn’t make many cues. It’s a plain wood cue with no inlays but it is one of the best playing cues I have ever owned.

I ship same day as long as the order is in by 1pm on a weekday. I offer FedEx and ups options for faster shipping methods. You can pick your delivery speed
Iv been playing with the LH40 for a few years now and I can confidently say it’s the best bang for buck cue on the market. The deflection of the shaft is almost straight on when shooting and there’s no vibration in the butt of the cue when firing for a hard shot. The soft shots are so easy to control with the cue considering how balanced it is from the joint. long straight shots go down like nothing and you can palm the butt of the cue with the wrap being so grippy. Couldn’t recommend a better one awesome choice.
I love the look of that cue. I'm just getting into pool and I really like this cue but I was wondering if for the money and my skill level would u prefer another cue or do you think this could be right for me?
If your just starting out i would go for the price ramge of about 150.00 before spending a lot for a high end cue. Check out Griffin cues on my website learnbilliards.com. great cues for the money. You will love them.
ya, between 100-200$ is just fine for a basic cue. check out 'players', 'cuetec', & yes, 'griffin'. you can get an excellent lucasi for just under 300$, it just won't have an elaborate decor.
Is that a quick release uni-lock joint? If so, does it stay tight through-out play or does it become loose to where you need to keep tightening it. I have the quick release and do far so good. I just haven’t had it long and not put many hours on it. Please let me know, Thanks.

You’re stroke is pretty interesting, on a previous video you taught the SPF stroke and I’ve been trying to get it as my new/better stroke but you’re not using it and worse you’re dropping your elbow, what gives here?
Elbow dropping is not necessarily a bad thing when done correctly. The reason that people consider it to be bad is bc the elbow will naturally "chicken wing" out when dropped. Keeping it in close to the body prevents this. If this works for you and you can control your elbow while it drops by keeping it in close to your body, then it isn't a problem at all.
