Chicken Handi Recipe/चिकन हांडी - Try This Mouth Watering Delicious Ramzan Special Recipe - Enjoy

Chicken Handi is a delicious chicken recipe made using simple ingredients yet very tasty
METHOD
1.In a pan heat clarified butter - 3 tablespoon
2.To it add chopped onions - 2 medium sized and saute till they turn brown
3.Now add ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon saute till raw smell disappears
4.Add chopped tomatoes - 2 medium sized and saute till smooth, add salt
5.Now add
Crushed coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon
Crushed cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Saute them
6.Add chopped green chilies - 2
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Saute well and add
Chicken - 1/2 kilo
Mix well and cook for 5 to 8 minutes
7.Now add yogurt - 200 gram and mix well
Add dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon
Mix well
8.Lower the flame till chicken turns tender
Then add fresh cream - 100 gram, garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon and mix well
9.Garnish with coriander leaves
10.Serve hot with roti or parota
