I know how to get the third quest first vote for Pirates Cove map, then go to the ship that has the X, then go to the front of the ship and behind there is a orange button on a box, go to the bottom ship and the cannon room is open, get the cannon and put it to the stand that is missing a cannon and put the coconut in the cannon and the blocked wooden door is open
