Thank you, very much appreciated! So far I've mostly been reviewing games that I've always wanted to review. FTL was one of the earliest roguelikes that stuck in my mind. It's been on my review schedule since I started.
Yes, play it, beat it a couple times, realize the flagship has always the same layout, install hyperspace mod and waste 60 to 200 hours beating every single possible ending/achievement of that ever updating mod.
love hearing people rave about FTL. something to note is that the RNG is actually not as determanistic as it seems. pro players regularly have 99% winrates on hard in ftl
Pure FTL is kinda "meh" now if you have already played it before, but there are many mods, like multiverse. It's way worth playing with mods, even now.
I just bought it on the iPad a few days ago. I remember back when this game first came out and it was all over the place and I couldn’t get into it. I’ve been missing out for years. This and Stardew Valley are like indie game perfection to me.
"You've Never Played" What are you smoking? Zoomers don't know this game was (and still is)wildly popular? It's like you'd say "Overcooked, the couch game you've never played"
You're right, I was playing around with different titles as my previous ones didn't seem to get noticed. But yeah, might switch back to others, as this felt a little click baity.

This game holds up extremely well. It has to be one of the best Indy games of all time.
Fantastic review again, you capture the feel of a game so well. Love the sound bites

this game is too cool! I still haven't played it but I watched you stream it, was so intense!
This has strong Escape Velocity vibes, like escape velocity with deeper combat. Definitely getting this its currently on steam for like $3!
still watching so dont know if its mentioned in thiss but multiverse mod adds like 20x more game. i still play this daily
Yup! And added the link to the description.
I played this as much as I played WoW in 10 years, couldn't stop, the Multiverse mod is cool.
WoW! Jokes, that's crazy though. Also, very different games which is interesting.
You have a great way with your words! Solid editing too.
Ah wow! Thank you, I greatly appreciate it!

That's insane, I need to watch some of those videos because yeah, some parts just seem unbeatable. But I guess pro players will always find a way.

My buddy just showed me this today, i played the tutorial, and it was really cool and fun, not to hard to learn as well
It's a game that's easy to learn, but very difficult to master. I still feel like I don't know what I'm doing!
Damn, the quality of videos is insane. Criminally under subbed.
Thank you! If you're a fan of a certain genre I can be on the lookout for quality games in that genre.
Nothing specific from me! Just keep doing what you're doing sir!

Yeah, I kinda wish the Multiverse Mod was included in the game itself. It took me a while to find it, and I'm sad I didn't find it earlier.
I disagree it is still very interesting every single time without the mods
There was an ipad version of FTL. Till this day, I'm salty that we didn't get an android version.
It would have been perfect for mobile!

Still will be fun to play it in 10 years more 😂
I liked this video. Have some algo points my budding content creator friend. Keep up that grind 🎉
Thank you! That really means a lot :)
What do you mean "10+ years later" D:
I changed it to 12 years to be more precise, I just thought it would still be relevant next year, and this would save me updating the title.
My PC is Cooked. Cant even run this game neither Stardew valley😢
