Every time I watch one of your videos I am blown away at how inventive you and your team are--always doing things that I could never have imagined! I mean, who could have thought to use a giraffe body to make a suit jacket, or that if the cape doesn't fit as is, just cut it up the back and MAKE it fit! I'm sure that you and your team can't imagine that there are people like me who absolutely did NOT get the inventive/creative gene but I'm one of them. Your videos allow the cards I make to let me look like a super hero and I thank you for that--I also always tell "my admirers" that they too can make the cards if they buy and watch Karen Burniston.
This die set is incredible. I'm thinking of all the possibilities: Happy Birthday in the top pop up and a picture of the birthday perdon in th bottom. Gosh, I've got to get ths set. Love TFS, Karen
Oh Ms. Karen, you make it look so easy!!! You are sharp to figure out the paper you’ll use, setting, n roll on by.. I have quite a collection of your dies. In surfing, I will always buy more pieces I simply “Must Have” (Thx!) I am hoping now that i got my rubbers bands (I got both 8 n 12) to make a box! I wish it was easier to print instructions of these items. I like to collect in a notebook. And I always send the video to remember how to make the project.I am disabled and my meds affect thought process. So I need to see n hear things over n over til I get it. I was such a great scrapbooker, but it’s been a few decades due to my health n circumstances. Anyway: Question, I also gave in n purchased your glue bottle and your preferred glue. I have issues w/the needle. I put bottle in a jar that I have. I take 2 bounty towels n soak in water, squish it up n while using I then put it in the jar as you do. I forgot to take it out and clean it. Usually wipe n put a needle for entry passage, (was difficult to find a needle i could use for the bottle I was using.) when you are done w/your projects, how do you store your glue bottle? Leave in the jar? Making sure theres always water in the towel? Help me please - thank you.. DianaR P.S I am also finding I get glue on hands/fingers, tools I may use to hold the project while I glue it.. I hope I can apply the glue w/no problem as you do! That way I could just keep going. Have a great day! Hoping to read from you.
Hi Diana! I have a couple of suggestions for you. On the Fine Tip Bottle I tend to leave my glue bottle uncapped and in the damp paper towel overnight because I'm in my office every day and simply re-squirt the paper towel with water. But if it dries out and gets caked in my needle tip I take the bottle to the sink and clear it out. Here's a video for that: ruclips.net/video/iiAM_t1dw_U/видео.html On the instructions, you can get the back flap instructions for each pop-up die on the product page as one of the photos. You can save and print those instructions larger than the tiny print on the packaging. And then you could keep them in a notebook as you suggest. Hope this helps!
