The number of people surprised at a cat eating a rodent is a bit off-putting. I know most of us feed them stuff out of cans, bags and boxes, but have people forgotten that this isn’t what they normally eat? Canned food isn’t a naturally occurring resource in the wild. Cats eat rodents, birds, fish (if they can catch some small ones), insects… they will happily nom down on a spider, too. Eating mice is perfectly normal and natural for a cat, and it’s probably far better for them nutrition wise than most cat food you find on the shelves for an affordable price.
Cats that are born and raised outside can eat raw meat all the time, but most cats can't because cats born inside with people are usually given processed food, raw beef for a cat should only be given as a treat.

( whatever your trying to say) HOWEVER if they were not raised with a raw diet it should be transitioned into slowly, and you should experiment what types of meat your cat does enjoy or like. It is important to make your own broth mix/side dish for the cat as well or some type of vitamin's, not just protein. I hope you do realize though inside or not cats survived hundred's of years obviously not from cat food fed by humans but from hunting their own raw meat. Also, the part where you mentioned it should only be given as a treat for inside cats, I don't understand?

Yeah I sometimes buy raw meats just to keep my cat healthy. NOT ALOT for the sake of her becoming out off by dry kibbles, but damn if she ain’t happy as heck when she gets some fresh fish or a little cut of beef
Make sure to flash freeze any fish you feed your kitties, just in case of parasites, though if it's store bought, then you should have next to nothing to worry about. I only say this because my friend fed his cat a piece of raw fish and he had to have her operated on due to a parasitic infection. It's awesome that you buy your cat raw meat though. I can tell you really love your kitty that way.
Dry kibbles isn’t something that you should feed them. I know it’s cheaper, but the vet bills from eating that food will cost far more in the long run.
