A sequel that is every bit as satisfying as its predecessor.
Agree
I love all three movies, but 2 has to be my favorite. One of the rare occasions a sequel gets even better!
“I’ll b**** slap u back to Africa” is probably Jackie Chan’s funniest line ever💀
Definitely
Jackie definitely could have slapped rock all the way back to africa every day & twice on a Sunday….
That's Chris Tucker not Rock.
@@meanlean3095 Get over The Will Smith Chris Rock Incident. It's fake. There was something that happened at the Oscar's 10 years ago, word for word.
Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker make the best comedic duo when it comes to making Rush Hour. I couldn’t stop laughing almost throughout the whole movie because there was a lot of humour.
The third movie might be a bit weaker in some aspects but it's still definitely worth watching. More funny times with Lee and Carter :)
Rush Hour 3 does have my favorite character of the series though. George!
Carter was right. That dude singing Michael Jackson was destroying that man's good name. 😂
Rush hour 2 is the definitely the best of the trilogy
Zhang Ziyi is legit my favourite actress she’s just so incredible both with her acting abilities and her choreography/stuntwork
31:17 Zhang Ziyi is an absolute legend, she's the girl from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon 🐉 and House of Flying Daggers
Most definitely watch the 3rd one. I laughed in it just as hard as the other 2.
Zhang Ziyi is without a doubt the Pearl of this movie. So beautiful, sophisticated and graceful, simply exquisite
Definitely watch the third one. It’s such a good time
For sure and Jackie Chan did confirm that there will be a Rush hour 4
best dialogue of all movies:
_─ Carter!!!!_
_─ Lee!!!!_
_─ Carter!!!_
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Andy Cheng and, the late, Brad Allan (R.I.P.), worked with Jackie Chan on "Rush Hour 2" and later went on to work on "Shang Chi," hence the scaffold scene and bus fight in the latter.
@22:27 hehehe, "Egg Rolls". Innocence.
Alyska, congratulations on your wedding, I hope it was fun! Yes 🙌, Rush Hour 2 you’re gonna love it !
Congratulations on your wedding, Alyce! So happy for you! You looked beautiful!
What a great funny movie to watch while you're on your honeymoon. Thanks for the content as always Alyska ❤
Hu Li is my favorite movie villain. Shes so cool when she puts her hair up with the chopstick in one motion🔥👍🏼
I'm new to your RUclips channel and loving your reactions keep up the amazing work and you are beautiful
Cut off their egg rolls mean cut the phallus off.
The scene with the bamboo scaffolding was similar to the one in Shang Chi, probably because the stunt coordinator worked with Jackie Chan.
4:58 if u didn’t know, Chris Tucker was a big Michael Jackson fan that he impersonated his dance moves. And that’s how he became best friends with Michael.
0:33 » _don't move! don't smile!_ // 😆😆
One more bts...According to director, Brett Ratner, Jackie is prone to seasickness. During the fight on the yacht, some of the cast and crew rec'd patches or pills for motion sickness. Jackie, reasoned if one would work...both would would be a guarantee.(typical male response). Needless to say, it didn't quite work out that way. Jackie was toasted off his nut, could barely stand up, and was ready to hurl at every turn. Brett said if you look at his eyes during that scene, they're pretty much glazed over and though he offered Jackie a double...he refused and delivered an amazing scene while high as a kite on meds and sick as a dog.
Its crazy that rush hour is known for the best bloopers ever in a movie lol you dont hear people talk about bloopers much unless its rush hour lol
You should definitely watch the 3rd movie. Weaker doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad. You’ll have more than a few laughs.
I really like that now in Rush Hour 2, Carter gets to experience Lee's culture, china. Great video Alyska. 🙂
Most people say RH2 is better than RH1 which I can agree with a little bit. What I don't agree is people say RH1 & RH2 were way better than RH3. I thought RH3 was really enjoyable too!!
“They just sit there all day?!” made me
😂😂😂 This is my fave of the 3! After you watch 3, you should watch Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights, starring Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson. You will NOT be disappointed! FYI, all Jackie Chan movies have bloopers 🙌💜
Ineresting backstory about this movie: Stuntman(now director, Andy Cheng, tells of his harrowing expierence of nearly drowning in the yacht fighting scene(interview on the podcast "the Art of Action" ) He credits Jackie with risking his life to save him from drowning by lying prone on the jetski platform of a moving yacht, reaching beneath the boat to pull a trapped Andy from underneath and out of the water with one "huge" hand. He said he was lucky that 1. Jackie was there and acted when no one else would 2. that he has huge hands and could grip his muscular arm without slipping and 3. Fought the waves and refused to let go even though he was pulled into the water by the boat's current. Andy says Ja0ckie's very stubborn and he (Andy) was very grateful.
2:22 Jackie Chan bloopers are on a whole different level from other bloopers.
Your face @18:21 😂😂😂😂😂
Just think Jackie Chan was 47 years old doing all these stunts.
Jackie & Chris must have some good fun doing the Rush Hours series together.
12:28 » that makes me think about the dichotomy of a pen able to write on space and just a pencil to do so (lol)
The third one maybe not as good but it is still a fun ride and has some of the best scenes out of the three of them !
One thing I known for sure about the third film is that the end of the dojo scene in the next movie had me laughing harder than any of the other comic scenes in all of the 3 movies making the 3rd my personal favorite
"in the bin" may be my new favorite reference to a dumpster. ❤😂❤
Yes please Watch Rush hour 3 And see what you think of it cause there's gonna be a fourth one soon after waiting so many years !!!
I'm so glad you're getting more into movies ❤
No wonder you mad.- Chris Tucker
Have you seen crouching tiger hidden dragon? The actress who plays the villain in this (in the wigs), Zhang Ziyi, is so underrated. And she's amazing in crouching tiger. You gotta see it if you haven't!
so at the casino they can't legally stop you but if you start winning TOO much they do find ways to ask you to leave... as someone who lives in vegas and use to work at a specific casino I've seen it happen but most of those people just come back the next day and end up losing what they won haha
36:16 "Was he, um, improvising?" I'm sure he was. That's comedic actor Jeremy Piven, and in this movie he's proof of the adage that there are no small parts, only small actors.
The bloopers are a highlight of any Jackie Chan film pre-Rush Hour 3. Not really sure if he still did them after, but pretty much all his films had bloopers at the end, considering all the dangerous stunt work he did.
4:24 » Carter disagrees strongly with you 🤣
Jackie's stunt team was involved in the action scenes in Shang Chi so it's not odd that they would "borrow" from this sceene from Rush Hour (which came 1st)
If you haven't seen it I think you'll love Shanghai Noon. It has Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson. Great comedy and action similar to the Rush Hour films.
that Alyska scene between 12:22 - 12:26 is my favourite "curious and waow " facial expression ..
watching these movies in 2023 is wild. the pervy content is crazy.
bloopers are a hallmark of jackie chan's movies - always watch them!! after you watch the third rush hour, i hope you get into shanghai noon and shanghai knights - another amazing jackie chan team-up, this time with owen wilson!
Any Jackie Chan movies you need to watch bloopers 😁
It's not just bloopers ma'am. They're Jackie Chan bloopers. And they're always the best.
18:25 » uh, better not... he might like it 😆
Hi Alyska Love your reaction of our shower too Ty for watching the bloopers😂 I love your laughing reaction and I love the song I'll be missing you when Jackie Chan was listening in the car🚙📟🎶
The Bamboo scene probably remind you of Shang Chi or Johnny English?
Funny you said running across the rope. He did that stunt but with a line of bamboo when he was younger in a move from the early 80's. Project A Part 2. He is in his 50's here. The movies he made when he was in his 30's are insane re stunts and action.
18:15 That look was priceless 🤣
9:55 (±) » _No wonder you mad!_ // 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 omg, I just can't
06:55 Shang Chi probably made you think about that scene since in Shang Chi they copied that scene
36:06 the guys name is Jeremy Piven. He’s a really funny guy.
11:34 » She's like: _I wipe it every time! Look!_ (😂)
7:04 Shang Chi lol
that fight scene on the bamboos reminds you of shang chi. that's where shang chis directors got the idea
most of rush hour is improvised lines and impromptu action when brett ratner pitched the first movie to jackie chan he told him the script was the worst one hes ever seen, jackie took the job because everyone else was lying saying they had the best script, Brett was the only one that admitted his script was bad
I feel like every movie I have seen with Jackie Chan has bloopers at the end
I just saw your reactions to
Rush Hour 2 and i really liked
it a lot have a great week and
Thank You Alyska.🙂👍
I occasionally stumble upon your videos whenever the algorithm decides to bring me here. It is funny because although you react to different movies, I associate your channel with reacting to Star Wars.
CONGRATS ON THE WEDDING QUEEN
Damn! He ain't gonna be in Rush Hour 3 -- WHAT?!
My favorite line 😂
If we have the same type of brain then the bamboo climbing scene 7:00 reminds you of the johnny English movie
Chris tucker did great 🔥🔥Great Job chris u made this movie perfect
Fun fact the 2nd to final stunt where they were hanging and held on to and flipped around the pole, and had the pole spin, was so difficult and dangerous that it had to be done in one take? I believe bc it was so hard to set up and repeat runs would only endanger the stunt people. correct me if i'm wrong i heard about it from corridor crew.
The guy improvising during bloopers was Jeremy Piven. He was excellent as Ari Gold in a show called Entourage. That show staryed off strong but eventually fell off.
This is nothing. You should absolutely watch some OG Jackie Chan films. The first 3 police story films are a good place to start. Police story 3: super cop introduced one Michelle Yeoh to the world of film. Project A, Armour of God. I could go on and on.
What did you think a man's eggroll is? lol
So glad you’re watching this! ❤🥰🤣🤣
The 3rd is great as well! Defo worth the watch! 👏🏾
It’s adorable you rewatch the bloopers of the first movie and have a good laugh. On rush hour 2 it’s up there with Top Gun:Maverick,Toy story 2,Terminator 2 and The godfather part 2 of movies where the sequel is so much better than the original. It’s been 2 decades and this movie can still make people laugh and enjoy be it someone who watches for a dozen times or who just watched it ❤️❤️
18:22 we need a meme ASAP 😂
Great reaction you're gorgeous❤ also dope gaming chair 😂😅
I think Rush Hour 3 is very good. Especially since it is the last one. And the little girl that was kidnapped in the first one has grown up! She is spending part of the time as a Damsel in Distress again! I always know I would enjoy being in that position! By the way, I haven't seen any Jackie Chan movie that didn't have bloopers. I think you would enjoy the 2 movie set with Owen Wilson titled Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights👱♀👱♀👗👗👠👠❤❤
Yes it's like shang chi bamboo scene
The bamboo shang chi scene is like RH2 which came first. Andy (stunt coordinater for shang chi) Cheng is from the JC stunt team and copied it. He was also a stuntman working on RH2.
The third one is not the weakest. It's as great and funny as the others
Love your reactions ❤
Rush Hour 2 is another entertaining ride! Thanks for the reaction!
6:55 - I was going to guess Batman Returns.
It was the first one on my mind, because it also has a scene in which the hero ends up hanging for dear life during the confrontation with the villain.
I was thinking Shang-Chi. Edit: Nevermind, she just said it.
It'll be a crime if you don't watch the 3rd rush hour. It's the funniest out of all 3.
Such a great trilogy! 3 isn’t as good as the first 2 but it’s still funny and enjoyable. You should react to it
Nice to see you back Alyska, congratulations 🎊 👏 on your big day, by the way.
8:08 » lmao 😂🤣😂
9:55 lmao cute 11:33
Jackie Chan is famous for choreographing scenes where he fights with just about anything around him. He has utilized everything from ladders, shopping carts, traditional clog shoes to a swing on a playground. It is really interesting how he walks through a scenes and designs fights, stunts and action based on the environment and sets, he is like an marital arts savant for moviw fight scenes, where he sees the most outlandish and hardcore stuns and fights but then makes it work almost perfectly. The way he manages to blend incredible fights with touches of humor is really unique as well. NO ONE does action-comedy and martial arts like Jackie Chan!
A quick sampler of the injuries Jackie Chan has suffered while filming. Broken Sternum, skull fracture, broken vertebrae, broken cheekbone, broken ankle, electric shock and more small cuts and bruises than can be counted. He is so commited to his stunts that it's close to insanity.
I understand the cuts, bruises, and broken bones, but electric shock?!?
Jackie is a straight up legend
4:55 that’s w rizz in action 😂😂😂
I always dream to Square Marden!
Watch the 3rd one after this one
When you finish this trilogy check out Jackie teaming up Owen Wilson in Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights. You should also check out Chris Tucker teamed up with Charlie Sheen in Money Talks
Definitely watch the 3rd one! It's not as good as the first 2 but def worth it to complete the trilogy
YAAASSS THE BLOOP BLOOPS!!
The 3rd is still funny and feel good should def watch!
this was my favourite comedy movie as a teenager! watched it many times!
also he's not just singing aggressively at the beginning, he's impersonating Michael Jackson! don't know exactly why but its funny nonetheless
