Can we just acknowledge how amazing and beautiful it was to hear different languages throughout the show and how everyone still managed to give an excellent performance
How can it be underrated when it just came out and people are just working through it? Give everyone a chance to watch it and discuss, I doubt it will be an underrated series as everyone sees it.
He is and he seems like a great guy. Not that I thought otherwise! In fact, all the cast seem really friendly and close. It's good to see them all smiling!
As a Spanish man who can speak English, Gallego, French and a bit of German (also few words of Polish) I love this amazing mix! It really pushes you to learn more and more from other languages and cultures! Vielen dank, Jungs!
It's a lot of german actually. The whole ship crew is german and talks in German. For me as a german it's really cool to just understand some lines easily 😍

It’s funny when hearing all those accents Fflyn Edwards (the boy) almost has the strongest accent, but he is from the UK. He has the strongest Welsh accent I’ve personally heard up till now.
Olek is now one of my new favorite (Polish) actor/character , dirty or not 😂 and Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester/Supernatural) also part Polish. All the other 1899 actors are all great. Had to go home from work immediately to watch and binge the show. Was trying to find a new series on any movies app and got hooked on this one. much like LOST series. but with different languages spoken. My #1 series for this year. Kudos to the creators. Mahalo from Oahu, Hawaii.
While I'm not big on sci-fi i really liked the use of foreign languages - American shows are so stupid where everyone speaks English. Also, the whole cast is so attractive. Maura, Olek and Eyk were my favorite. Clemence is gorgeous
Wow! What an amazing show!!! I binged it all in one night 😅 It was hard to predict and I was on the edge of my seat at each episode!!!! It was wonderful to hear all the languages!
Soonest I heard is done by people that did DARK I had to see it and wow especially that is made with so many different languages and it works perfection and proud of my German and Polish actors ! (I'm.half polish half German lol)
Oh yes it was also interesting why the one who stayed didn't follow. Maybe he's more important than he seems, hence so many scenes for such a seemingly unimportant character. Well I guess we'll never know now...
