Hello, can I check how do you store these mooncakes after baking? Put into the fridge straightaway? Then how do I repeat them? Can I store them in room temperature if I don’t want to put them in the fridge?

I always turn on fan while baking. No soysauce you can taste. Don't worry. It is only for the colour.

We usually store them in the fridge for around 5 days. You can substitute it with brown sugar. It should be fine :)
