    I heard mooncakes should be kept for 3 days before eating so it will be soft, does it apply to this mooncake? I made them and my skin is crunchy like a cookie... is that normal?

      not for this moon cake. This is kind of crispy skin one.

    Hi did you turn on the fan mode when baking the mooncake? Also will you be able to taste the soya sauce?

      I always turn on fan while baking. No soysauce you can taste. Don't worry. It is only for the colour.

    Hello, can I check how do you store these mooncakes after baking? Put into the fridge straightaway? Then how do I repeat them?
    Can I store them in room temperature if I don’t want to put them in the fridge?

    我完全有follow,但饼皮在烤箱里整个被烤化了,有可能是哪里出错呢?包的时候就觉得皮很软很稀...

      Smashing Cookies there is small package of milk powder which is sold in Hk baking store ~ you can search the baking store in your country

      Can I just check how should I store them and how long to store them for? Also, if I were to substitute the sugar for the pastry to brown sugar, is it ok to use the same amount?

      We usually store them in the fridge for around 5 days. You can substitute it with brown sugar. It should be fine :)

      粉類不建議用液體都代替喔
      餡料的奶粉沒有就不要加吧, 皮的奶粉用低粉代替吧
      缺少奶粉的月餅真的會缺少風味, 不建議省略~

    I remember that I have film moon cake video few years ago.
    As the camera and also the filming skill were really...=.=
    I found a better recipe after that
    So I decided to make a new video for custard moon cake
    Hope you will like this 2017 version recipe.
    The ingredients are quite a lot, so better make many of them by once. haha

    記得好幾年前都有拍過月餅
    但當時的相機跟拍攝技術真的...=.=
    之後又找到更好的食譜
    所以決定要重新拍過一個,新的影片給大家
    希望大家會喜歡這個2017版本的
    材料比較多, 所以一次做大量吧, 哈哈
