Its so dumb i was shocked when they weren't buffing junkrat. Like to play him vs a ashe, hanzo,soldier etc is impossible. I mean you can get a good game or two but to do this consistently just wont happen and i can see most junkrat players just tanking in rank.

I don't play with text or voice chat because at my elo (gold/diamond), it is a toxic cesspool and it has been chat banned twice. And anytime I try to appeal it, the evidence they give me is literally nothing because the accounts have never talked or chatted a single word ever.

Blizzard's reporting system is an absolute dumpster fire. The fact people can false-report and/or mass-false-report and get people silenced or suspended who aren't being offensive is just sad.
