  • Bash the Trash has lots of great virtual programs, which we offer independently, or through our virtual partner The Center for Interactive Learning. Go to www.cilc.org and search for "Bash the Trash". We have programs for individual classrooms all the way up to full-school events. Of course we have lots of programs about the science of sound, musical instruments, and music history, but we've also asked our versatile BTT performers to contribute workshops drawn from their own musical/cultural backgrounds.

Sustainable Sounds - Musical Instruments made from Trash

Bash the Trash builds and performs on musical instruments made from trash, making connections to science, plastic pollution and climate change along the way. We offer live and virtual performances in schools, festivals, museums and other venues, as well as hands-on and virtual workshops, residencies, and professional development sessions.
