    So great you're doing this series of videos. I made my own CNC conversion for my mini mill and I'm learning from what you're doing with the lathe. I'll probably convert my 9X20 to CNC so I can use the long cross slide for some gang tooling, but what you're doing here will still be helpful! I've been using LinuxCNC for everything so far and will stick with that.

    Thanks for your videos, I've watched your Mach 3 tutorials but I'm still struggling with the basics on a hobby 6040 machine. I would love to go to a hands on course for "old blokes" (for mach 3 ) if there were any available. I'm impressed by your knowledge, do you have an engineering background. I think my age is my handicap.
